"Stay away! Terrible customer service. They sent me wroong floor mats. I waited for over an hour on customer service. Then they told me I had to pay for shipping even though they sent me the wrong mats. REALLY! REALLY BAD. On top of the that the mats were O.K. to say the best. Not worth the frustration. Get some other mats for 1/4 of the cost and save you the headache."

"The worst !!!!!! Stay away!!!! 2 hour on hold everytime you call their customer service! No refund, even after I got and RMA and send back the brand new item. Not responding to emails. This 2010!!!! How do they stay in bsns?"

"I ordered a new stone and bug screen for my new F-150. It arrived okay and on time. I had a question about the installation instructions and called their 800#. On three separate occasions over a 2-day period I was told each time that I would have over one-hour in waiting time before I could speak to a support person. Absolutely unacceptable service!"

"Ordered digital fit front liners for my Ford Focus after xmas 2010 and received them in a week. The liners fit perfectly, are heavily constructed and look great. They cover the floor area so much that there isn't any carpet to vacuum. The $100 price is expensive but worth it. You get what you pay for!"

"I ordered floor mats and cargo liner for my 2004 Audi in November, 3 weeks later I finally received my order to find that the floor mats were generic "cut to fit" rubber mats (same ones I could have purchased at PEP Boys at 1/2 the cost). I called the company and informed them that I would not be paying for the order as it was not what I believed I had ordered. The company said they would send me a return shipping label and refund me in full when they received the returned merchandise. I shipped them back the order, a week after they received the returned merchandise they still had not refunded my money. I then called their customer service department and the person confirmed they had received the returned order and promised that they would be issuing a refund to my credit card that day. A week later still no refund. Then yesterday I checked my credit card account to find that they had hit me with an additional $244.90 charge. I immediately called my credit card company and had them process a charge back for the unauthorized $244.90 charge. I then sent an email to the customer service rep who had promised I would get a refund informing them that I have initiated a charge back on the initial purchase amount since they did not refund my money as promised. Needless to say, this is one company that I will never do business with again."

"I purchased two sets of front mats for a 2010 Toyota Sienna and a 2008 Nissan Sentra. The Sienna's mats fit perfectly but the Sentra's are a terrible fit. Read the product description, while some mats are custom fit others are only close. Call and make sure your order is a custom fit, if not you'd make out much better at a local auto store for about half the price. For the price charged this mats should fit well. I will either have to pay return shipping or trim my mat. Also, the installation instructions say not to use the mat if the little hook that keeps the driver side mat from sliding forward doesn't hook into the mat. My hook is about 7 inches away from the hole!! The mat itself doesn't even reach the hook. The Sentra mats are a huge dissapointment!"

"Ordered a Weathertech cargo liner for my 2009 Lincoln Navigator.The product arrived in a timely manner,albeit in chocolate brown instead of tan as I had requested.Brought this up with McNeil Automotive,the customer service rep told me I could return the product but that I would be responsible for shipping, which I did not feel was fair.Long story short - at McNeil Automotive brown is tan and if you don't like it too bad. "

"Ordered a set of front and rear FloorLiner™ DigitalFit for my 2010 Prius after reading the following shipping info on WeatherTec website (USA, "Please allow 3 to 7 business days for manufacturing and up to 5 business days for FedEx ground shipping (unless you chose express shipping) to deliver your package to your door from our Kansas manufacturing facility." After waiting the listed time on the website I emailed WeatherTech for an estimated ship date and was told they would ship by the end of last week 3-26-10 low-an-behold as of Monday, March 29th still no ship date. BTW they will attempt to explanation their sllllllow shipping by suggesting they create floor mats one set at a time. So I emailed WeatherTech to get an estimated shipping date twice with no response. If you don't mind waiting and being ignored then give this Co. a try. But be forewarned, they take forever to ship and will ignore you when you contact them for an update or explanation.

Finally after 15 business days and 3 emails later (the last 2 have been ignored) my floor mats arrived.

Your order should be shipping out of the warehouse by the end of the week. The DigitalFit FloorLiners are a made to order product so they take a little longer to get to the customer. We appreciate your patience!

"I ordered a set of floor mats for my 2010 GMC Acadia. The website says the product ships in 3-5 business days. A classic example of over promising and under delivering!!! After 13 business days the mats still haven't shipped. I tried to call on the status at 3pm Monday (their time) but was on hold of over 20 minutes. No one answered the customer service number so I guess I would rate their customer service as non-existent."

"I ordered a set of floor liners for my 2008 Scion XB. The website says the product ships in 3-5 business days. After 10 business days the mats still haven't shipped. I called for a status two days ago and was told they would ship yesterday, they didn't ship. I called today and was told next week. When I asked if they could give me a date of when it would ship they said sometime next week. Their customer service is the pits. Since they couldn't guaranteee me a date my order would ship and since it was well past the 3-5 business days for manufacturing I cancelled my order and will buy floor mats somewhere else."

"Bought floorliners for '05 New Beetle Convertible
online. Beetle holddowns are oval shaped - holes in liners are round. After no response to 2 emails, I finally got through to customer service.
They said that there was a fit note online. I looked and there it was. I swear it wasn't there when I ordered them. I asked customer service what the solution was and the answer is there is no solution.

"Made a purchase on (12/06/2009 - 02:19:48 PM) $217.90 They never tell you after you place an order that it will be 7-10 business days to receive the product.

I tried to contact customer service using the online request "7" times. I needed this product before xmas. 7-10 business days would have been the 15th or the 17th (last week) its now another week, and still no product or contact from customer service.

My package finally shipped today, of course I didnt receive an email or call letting me know, or a return on my 7+ emails. But I checked the online tracking status, and for once it didnt say "In Process".

I hope to see this before xmas, however I dont count on it. I guess I should have ordered it two months in advance.

Worst customer service out of any company I have ever dealt with, completely unresponsive. Best of luck. From what I understand the mats are great quality, I sure hope so. I will write back if/when I finally receive them.

"I had emailed MacNeil Automotive with a technical question. I also made them aware of the problems I was having with a reseller, Auto Parts Warehouse regarding a return and replacement of a broken Weathertech Vent visor. Not only did MacNeil promptly answer my technical question, they also, on their own and without my asking, sent me a replacement vent visor, no charge. I highly recommend MacNeil Automotive for any of their products and for the high quality of the company."
