"DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!! I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed my order. To make a long story short, I ordered my items the first week of February. When I still hadn't received my items by the beginning of March, I called. They assured me my items would ship mid-March. No shipment. Called again, they told me the same thing- my items would ship the next day. Asked to speak to a manager, person on the phone said he was a manager. No surprise, my items did not ship the next day. Wrote emails and called. Got a voicemail saying my items would ship today. Once again, no shipment. It's almost the end of March, we've been waiting almost two months. Since they are closed on the weekends, I will have to wait until Monday to cancel my order. Horrible, awful service. They (being customer service reps/management) LIE just to get you off the phone, guaranteeing shipments that never happen. This company is truly the worst I've ever dealt with. GO ELSEWHERE!!"

"I will never order anything from this website again. When I ordered I was sent an email that told me I sink would be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. I didn't hear anything from the company for another 4 weeks! after multiple phone calls I finally found out that the sink I ordered was actually not in stock it may have no idea when it would be shipped. I talk to them about upgrading my shipping because I have to wait so long, they told me they would mark it in the notes and see what they could do. I got an email yesterday saying that my order shipped on march 12th, I checked the tracking number and it turns out it will not be delivered until march 20th! in the end I ordered the sink on february 2nd, it was supposed to be delivered by february 20th and hopefully I will actually get it on march 20th, this delay was not worth saving the extra few dollars!"

"NEVER EVER DEAL HERE. Customer service is non-existent, service is slow, and getting information on order status is nearly impossible. Ordered a diverter valve which showed as in-stock. Called 10 days later and was told it would "ship soon" as they had just placed the order with the manufacturer. Tried to cancel and was told I could not. Status on their website for order status seems to only be updated if you actually manage to speak to a live body."

"Ordered a touch kitchen faucet, soap dispenser and drain strainer $$$ This was not an instock item so I was expecting to wait a bit. A live person answered the phone which was a big plus for me. I only order from websites if there is a working phone number with a live person. Being the first time I ordered from Luxuryhomeoutlet.com I was nervous, you have to be careful about some websites that you order from. Anyway, Yes I would buy from them again. It took 2 weeks but I did receive my products in perfect new condition at the best price I could find."

"I ordered a faucet and matching bud vase. The vase was backordered and arrived two weeks later. It is a vase "assembly". It needs to be drilled into the counter top. The pieces do not match the photo. Love the faucet and followed instructions to return by sending e-mail. After being told I was wrong, I sent a follow-up and no reply. I phone and spoke with Regine who said she will help. You could tell she was caught in the middle with a boss telling her its not their problem and her wanting to assist. A company is only as good as their management and their style is awful. I'll take care of the problem through my credit card company. Shouldn't be that way with e-commerce today. "

"Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. After the sink I ordered arrived defective I was unable to get any assistance from the company after numerous emails, phone calls, etc. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told they were all out to lunch and that someone would call me back later that day, no one did, EVER. Customer service even lied and said they hadn't done anything for a week b/c the manufacturer of the sink had been closed - I then got off the phone and called the manuf. myself and found out that they had been open the whole time! It was only after I called the manufacturer that I was able to get any help and ONLY from the manufacturer. It is now a week and a half since I first called the company and they still have never apologized for the problem or responded to me in any way. I will never order from them again."

"I ordered a Hansgrohe part from this company on a Wednesday with the promise that I would receive it by Monday. It is now Tuesday and I'm being told that I may have my product by Thursday.

I called them on Monday to check on my item and I was transferred several times and then hung up on "accidentally"! When I called back I asked for a supervisor and I was transferred again to Mo. Mo was the most arrogant customer service agent I have ever dealt with in my entire life. He was very rude and spent most of our time together talking over the top of me and not listening to my issue. I tried to explain to him that the main reason I placed my order with them was the promise of a Monday delivery. In the end I got no where!

I ended up so frustrated with Mo that I asked for his supervisor and I was told that he was the highest employee that I could speak with. So I responded with "so your telling me that you own Luxury Home Outlet?" His answer was..."no". I found out, with a little digging that that's not entirely true. Mo is at least one of the owners of this site.

After reading the above complaints I'm not looking forward to dealing with Luxury Home Outlet any further. I wish I would have found this site first. Please do not order from them under any circumstances!!!!

"Stay away! Its not worth the savings. I ordered in Sept. and its now the end of Nov with many phone calls and complaints later trying to resolve the issues. They say no shipping but they sneak in a handling fee. If there is a problem you are in deep weeds. It cost me 1/2 the cost of the item to return it, so I paid $75 to hassle with them on the phone for two months and have nothing to show for it but aggravation."

"Sat 10, 2011 had great difficulty getting into the web site on Wed. called and placed an order ($2300) and asked how I would be able to get on the site a@ a later date and told no prob. w/ my order#. couldn't on fri (both times would not accept my password) at 1:00pm and tried to call to place another order. CLOSED!
Gave up and placed the order w/ another site. What a way to do business!!! Also several items had to be back ordered.
