"Wow, it is obvious to me that all of the negative reviews on this page are being written by the same person (or troll). Pay attention to the fact that these "reviews" all start out by saying something along the lines of "do not buy from this company, I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering". This person has an agenda to ruin this company but they won't succeed, based on the overall experiences I've with them I can positively say that.
I've placed at least 4 different orders with this company and each order was as uneventful as the next. People don't understand that luxuryhomeoitlet is a licensed 3rd party vendor. They do not stock items. They purchase direct from the manufacturers once an order is placed. If you call before you order to check on availability, they will put you on hold so they can contact the manufacturer, and when they come back to the line they honestly tell you the availability.
My latest order with them was placed on January 8 and received on Jan 23, after being told my faucet was back ordered for 2 weeks, I obviously recirved it before their estimated time of delivery.
I want to clarify that I, in no way, shape, or form do not work for not am I affiliated with this company. I work in design and that is why I've had multiple orders with them. Thank you luxuryhomeoutlet for your competitive pricing, fast shipping, and great customer service. I would recommend them to friends/family. 5 out of 5 rating from me.

"I bought THREE Baldwin Cup pulls on 06Jan13. On the same day I ordered 4 different pulls from another retailer. I recieved the 4 pulls from the other retailer within a week. On 21Jan13 when I had still not recieved the 3 Baldwin pulls, I checked the online status and it said the order was still processing. Surprised, I emailed the company and they stated that my order would be shipping Friday (like that was a good thing), 25Jan13...three weeks after i placed the order!! I responded to their email asking if I could cancel my order, and they told me it was not possible. I find this rediculous given the claim when my order was placed that any changes needed to be recieved within a few minutes, since their processing time was so quick!!! I will NEVER order through them again. I have ordered a large number of home products online and have never had such poor service."

"On Black Friday I ordered a Ronbow cabinet from these folks. They offered the best price online and a further reduction in the form of a gift card with them. It took over a month for the order to ship. I was not emailed notification of shipment. When it arrived, I received the correct cabinet but no gift card. Because I never plan to shop with them again I could care less about the gift card. Their prices are good, but the service is slow. I suspect they didn't have the cabinet in stock and had to order it from the manufacturer. I emailed them an inquiry about when the order would ship, but received no response. That being the case, they invoiced my credit card well before the order was shipped. Shipping was free which was a bonus."

"I ordered a beautiful Jason International faucet and drain kit through Luxury on 11/26/12. They had a FREE shipping special to anywhere in the 48 contiguous states. I was called on 12/4/12 to notify me that shipping to Alaska would cost for shipping. I chose to have them ship to my freight forwarder in Tacoma Washington.

Because I hadn't received the product yet, I called Luxury on 12/26/12. They said they couldn't call Jason Int'l because they were closed but to try back after the new year. I was on vacation thereafter so when I returned on 1/13/13, I was sure the products were delivered. No. I called again on 1/14/13. The lady who took my call said she needed to contact Jason regarding my order (???? - why ????). When she came back to the line she said it was expected to ship NEXT week; next week being 2 months after I ordered. Not happy. I contacted Jason International and was told 'these are stock items and should be ready to ship within two days after we receive a purchase order.'

Today 1/18/13, I received an email from Luxury saying my product has shipped. I fear Luxury FORGOT about my order. Contractor is forced to do other projects until received. I will hesitate ordering from Luxury in the future.

"I purchased a Blanco sink from this company. Drawn in like many others by the low prices. My sink was damaged when it arrived with three hairline cracks that my husband and I did not notice but the sink installer did. On their website they say you have 21 days to return something but as you read further only 3 days to claim damage(we were out of town when it arrived)so missed the three day mark. We were at 21 days when the installer noticed it, I called that day and left a message as well as emails. Because it was a Friday and they close at noon, eastern time! I live in the central time zone. They did not get my messages until Christmas Eve they said so that put me 23 days later instead of the 21. All I want is a new sink, I'm not even asking for my money back. I've gone thru a nightmare trying to get customer service and call backs. Their phone system says press 5 for the returns department only to find out they work by email only...what? Anyway, I've had the sink over a month, finally got UPS to pick it up and inspect the damage, though I've been told that if UPS takes no responsibility than I'm stuck paying to get my cracked sink returned to me so I'll have something! I'm 7 months pregnant, on bed rest and have no sink in my house. I have to eat off paper plates and utensils as their is no sink to wash anything in and therefore no dishwasher hooked up to work....sigh. I just want a sink at this point and it has really worn me down. Never again will I use this place, I was leary at first and should have gone with my instincts!"

"I have never written a review before but this is the first time I genuinely feel that I have been scammed. They charged my card as soon as I placed the order. I never heard from them again. They never informed me that the item was out of stock, custom order, long lead, or back ordered. Since I was on a limited schedule, I contacted them after one and a half weeks. They said the items would not ship for 2 more weeks and that it would cost approx. $500 if I wanted to expedite the shipment (more than the purchase price). I asked to cancel the order and they said I could not. Turns out there is LOTS of legal jargon on their site ensuring that they do not have to cancel orders...and that they can charge more than 40% of the original price to return an item. They have been intentionally dishonest with me on the phone...several times."

"We ordered a Bauhaus Houzer BLS-3322 sink, best price anywhere. Shipped within days even over the Christmas holiday season. I was nervous at first after reading these reviews but it got here quickly. The only mix up was that they sent us a UPS shipping code with too many digits, remedied by a quick call to UPS."

"I have never written a review before, but this site is so painfully bad, I had to write. I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered.
While their prices may be low, it is not worth it! I placed an order on 8/8 and because I had a specific time line, I asked them to confirm the lead time on the items. I was on hold for at least 5 minutes and then was told that they would receive items from the manufacturer in a week, at which time they would ship out to me. When after eight days, I didn't receive a shipping confirmation I called and left a message. Despite their recording which promised a call back, I got nothing, but did notice that they updated my order to say "will ship in 1-2 weeks." After another 15 days and no shipping confirmation, I called back and left another message. Again, I got no call back, but on 9/4 (now nearly 4 weeks after I placed the order) the order was again updated to say that my items would ship in 1-2 weeks. I called and spoke to someone who supposedly called the warehouse and will have to call me back to let me know if they can get it to me faster. She says she will call me back today or tomorrow--we'll see if it happens. If the construction project gets delayed for weeks as a result of their incompetence and lies, the few hundred dollars I saved will hardly be worth it.

"When shopping for several hundred dollars worth of "finish" items I happened onto Luxury Home Outlet. They had low prices and showed items as "IN STOCK". As I needed items for immediate delivery for a client; I ordered from them with expedited shipping.My credit card was charged immediately. However 24 days later I still have none of the products for my client. I have just now reordered the items for delivery from another "reputable" vendor. Thank goodness I used PayPal to make my purchase; at least I can dispute the order with them. Lesson Learned; Read Reviews before ordering from an unknown merchant."

"DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! I have never been so frustrated with the lack of professionalism, customer service and unethical conduct. I ordered over $4,000 of bathroom product and it took months longer than promissed to arrive. Delayed three bathroom renovations by over four months and caused complete disruption. Certain parts have still not been delivered in over FIVE months. Some parts were broken and the "returns department" is non-existent. "Mo" in customer service has no ethics and gave me the runaround. He told me I needed to not contest charges with Visa for him to fill the order after 4 months. Now that I have lifted the contest my emails dont even get returned. Really not worth the hassle...Buyer beware, cheap prices are expensive when you don't get what you ordered!!! "

"Price shopped online and came across LuxuryHomeOutlet.com decided to buy a Hansgrohe Axor Starck Handshower & Hansgrohe Thermostatic Trim with Volume Control. They were the lowest on the web, was contact via email with confirmation and got my order in a timely manner.

"I ordered kitchen cabinets knobs from there. Everything arrived fine. But when I returned them as they were poor quality(5 from 23 fell apart), they argued that they were fine. Even when I agreed to just receive 50% refund I'm STILL WAITING for that. I'm keeping calling their customer service at least once in a month and they telling me they'll do the refund, but NOT. "
