"Run very far from this company. Before placing an order of $175, I used their online chat to confirm they had the items in stock which they confirmed. After receving the run around about Person A said Person B would handle it and Person B blames this is how Person A operates. It was a complete circus. After 3.5 weeks of waiting, they finally ship the order after I told them I no longer wanted it and requested a refund. The still shipped it two days later against my request. Then I had to refuse the package shipped by UPS and then 3 weeks later I still have no received a refund. I finally contacted my bank to back-charge the charge and submitted my very long paper trail which shows Lubery never denied any of my statements about the situation.

I do not see how a business can operate in such a chaotic state.

Do yourself a favor and use someone else to make your purchase. I ended up using www.CondomDepot.com which they were very prompt to get my order completed with just two days remaining as Lubery ate up all my lead time.

"I ordered a couple of products from them due to the big discount they offer on lube. almost 2 months later, and I still don't have my products ordered.

I sent them multiple emails, none of which were ever returned. I finally called almost 2 months later, and while the rep was nice, he could not determine the true status of my order. It said it shipped, but they had no FedEx tracking number. I also had received no email. Additionally, it should have arrived at my home if it was truly shipped on the date stated.

I will never shop at this store again. If you do, assume that every item is on backorder for 2-3 months, and that you might not ever see your order.

"After placing an order in February I assumed a few weeks later my order would arrive. Once March rolled around I was becoming anxious, I checked back to see my order had not shipped, despite the fact my credit card had been charged on the 14th. After six separate calls and six answers generally promising my items would ship the next day I demanded my order canceled. It’s now been canceled for a week, I have yet to see a refund. If their order process was any indication of the success I will have, hopefully my credit card company will be co-operative with the charge back. "

"I've ordered from them before and usually they are OK. However, this time I paid and never received tracking information. I wrote several emails to all the contact emails they provided and tried to use their live chat. The live chat wasnt a chat program... but instead you typed in a message and it said "Your message has been sent" and then closed. Finally someone contacted me 6 days after my first email but all they said was "I dont see your order I will contact you by the end of the day."
I waited until the end of the next day and I still heard nothing. I called the phone support and they checked my order and told me that they had just found out on MOnday that my order was on a palette that had been destroyed (what the heck?) and that the order was either shipped out at 9am today or would be shipped out at 2pm. Today is Wednesday. My question is why did they never contact me about this and why did i never receive tracking information if they had really already shipped the product. Also, when you visit the site and do not place an order they offer you a free sample pack worth $8, but when this happened they didn't offer anything.
I'm afraid I'll have to shop elsewhere, which is too bad because I was pleased with them before this.

"This place has gone downhill since I first ordered from them two years ago. I've ordered maybe 5 times from them over the years, and they've only managed to get it right one time. With this recent order I had ordered 12 Kimono (large) of the ultra thins to try them out...plus a bunch of lube, and I used a coupon that should have included ~20 sample lubes. I got the 2wks later, and not only did I not get any of the samples, but they also sent me 12 Durex condoms. I absolutely hate Durex, I had ordered Kimono, and it wouldn't have been as bad if they had slipped up & sent Trojans...but of course, they had to screw up and send Durex. Their customer service sucks, as does the time it takes for someone to get back to you. Their prices are great, but only when you actually get the right items you ordered."

"This store is a total rip off. I too placed an order was charged and no product delivered. After trying to call and getting no one I left a message on thier phone and 2 different e-mails I finnally got this responce. Seems the only way Lubery.com will respond is if you be a jerk.

If you think that threats make people work harder for you.. you are

wrong. I agree, someone should have contacted you and I will make sure
they do. However, you may want to go about things in a very different

"I placed this order the night of the 5th, the website died before I could enter credit card information, so I clicked the live help.
Attendant told me I'd have to call back the next day, Saturday. So I call on Saturday, give them my card information and am told everything is in stock and will ship out that very day. I waited, thinking that they are not very automated, until Weds to try and check for tracking. I check and there's no indication the order has shipped. I try live help and the attendant disconnects from me. I call on Thurs. and am told that there are still items on backorder, and ask for a manager to call me - the site states they may hold orders for "one day" for out of stock items. Manager doesn't call me back, so I try the chat feature to speak with a rep. The rep treats me horribly and rudely tells me that the person I spoke with wasn't working that day...go pound salt. So then I ask for the order to be canceled and my card (charged and posted on Saturday btw) to be refunded. They told me no, so I said I'd dispute the charge as I was told to "go ahead since you have no faith in our customer service". Well, considering I was lied to on 4 seperate occasions...I have zero faith...it is now the 17th and I have not received a credit yet. I will be disputing the charge...AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
