"It was many years ago that I was first introduced to lovesac furniture and I instantly feel in love. It wasn't until recently that I purchased a larger home and felt like I could afford the furniture. I wasted time and money in the past buying other, less expensive, furniture just to have it wear down and tear up easily. Now I know I won't have to buy couches again. I will just get new covers and rearrange the furniture whenever I want a change."

"The “in-store” experience was great, however the post sales experience has not been good. We have only received order confirmation emails and no shipping information. The order confirmation email was sent twice without any additional information or time table for delivery. When we tried contacting customer service via the telephone number listed on the lovesac webpage, we received the voicemail box. We attempted calls during the listed business hours, 9am to 5pm eastern time. Of a total of 6 phone calls attempted, only 2 were answered. When those phone calls were answered, we received vague information as to when our products would be delivered or even how far along in processing they were. This is especially frustrating given the total cost of a Sactional system. Delays and shipping times are understandable, however poor communication is not. We have attached a link to an example of order tracking system used by Domino's Pizza.
