"The associate that I actually purchased my sactional from on my second visit did not show me all the swatches (custom) after I really could not find a fabric / color combination that I absolutely loved. I even went over to the custom swatches but she did not even offer to help...just stood at the counter (she was not helping anyone else) and I could feel her watching me. I let her know I was having a hard time bc I wanted the color and fabric to be just right since I plan on having the couch for years and years. I may have purchased one that would've worked. After explaining it was a huge purchase for me and I needed to be sure on color / fabric she didn't seem to want to help too much. Very uninterested the entire transaction. While she did go over several fabric options and gave her advice, which I appreciated, she still gave me a very unhelpful uninterested vibe which made my buying experience not so exciting which I feel it should have been since I spent so much money."
