"Bought a USB cable from store.yahoo.com/logicalplus and accidently selected the 6pin to 4 pin cable instead of the 4pin to 4pin. Received it 4 days later (they even paid for shipping BTW) and realized what I had done. Called their tech support (they picked it up after the 3rd ring!) and asked them if I could exchange it. They told me to keep the one I ordered wrong and they'd send out the one I meant to get for FREE!!! Wow! That's good customer service!!!! I will definately do business with them again!!!"
"Wow!! This vendor just keeps impressing me. Placed a fourth order with them on a Wednesday and had the parts on Friday. Ok, there was a small problem, but they handled it perfectly. I received a black face DVD drive when it should have been white. I sent them an email and within hours received an email back that they would ship the white one out to me that day and do a return pick up on the black one. They shipped the correct drive out, sent me the tracking number, and issued a call pickup tag for the wrong one. That is fast service. All the other items on the order were perfect. I will continue to do business with them. "
