"I definitely recommend Logical Plus. I ordered online, and within minutes of me submitting my order, their customer service emailed me to let me know that one of the items was out of stock. They told me I could hold the order until the item was in stock, ship most of it now and charge extra shipping for the backordered item later, or drop the backordered item from my order (and also included price quotes for each of those three options). I replied for them to drop the item and ship the order. They got back to me by email within minutes and had my order shipped out by the end of the day. My shipment was at my door the next afternoon (I am, however, in the UPS "1 day zone" with this vendor). Overall a great experience -- quality product and excellent customer service."

A problem with my credit card address prevented an order from shipping and Nick sent the package out overnight delivery at no extra charge to me as soon as we worked out the problem. "If all online stores were like logicalplus.com, we just might accomplish world peace. Ok, I'm sure you are thinking that I am blowing a lot of smoke up their @$$ but I guarantee you I will be doing a lot more business with LogicalPlus! I ordered the Asus A7N8X motherboard on Tuesday. Granted, LogicalPlus has extremelly low prices, their shipping costs are out of this world. $19 for a 3lb. package to go 2day, $37 for overnight. However, it still came out cheaper than ALL other stores! Anyways, back to my experiance. No more than 5 minutes after I placed my order I recieved a phone call. It was a gentleman by the name of Nick and he said that he was sorry but they were currently out of the A7N8X! :( I was very dissapointed as I was looking forward to having the motherboard as son as possable. He said that they were recieving more shipment the next day and that I would recieve the item a day later (today). I asked if theyed be willing to right the situation by upgrading me to Overnight. Being that I'm sure they make a large portion of their money from their overpriced shipping, I wasn't expecting them to ($20 off would be a hell of a discount). He said he'd get back with me. I was expecting him to call maybe 30 minutes later, but he called me within 5 minutes. He said that he wasn't able to upgrade my shipping but they would gladly discount my purchase by $5.00, which they did. Nick, thanks for all your help! "Ordering went without a hitch... I'll update this when I receive the product... I ordered the Sony SDM-V72W/B Widescreen 17" LCD monitor... Odd thing is this: the two stores on www.pricewatch.com that list this monitor for the cheapest are Logical Plus and Shentech... The weird thing is that they have nearly the exact same store layout and design, but Logical plus has a 10/10 reseller rating while Shentech has a much lower rating... weird..."
