"This order was placed on August 8th, 2010 for Aputure LCD Timer Remote, Wireless Remote Kit for Canon 5DII, Triopo B2 ball-head... a total of 9 items. The parcel is sent from Hongkong three days later, when goes to Canada Customs, it has been refused and returned by Canada Customs because of a wrong declaration. Eventhough with proof that Canada Customs did return back the parcel, untill now November 15th i never receive my merchandise.

As soon as Linkdelight was informed, e-mails back and forth, answers are always a same tune... to wait when they got the returned item (for how long, from August to November???) before proceeding the next step.

This company, when everything went well, it seems that we have a good deal but when something needed to be resent or replaced: have a good luck.

After many 'debates', they agreed to resend the package. All in good working condition.

"I had an overall good experience with this store. I intially ordered a Benro travel angel carbon tripod from this site and when I found a better price on ebay , I emailed them. They matched the price which I saw on ebay and also included express shipping. I had the tripod in the US within 5 business days.
My only complaint is regarding the packing. The original Benro box came wrapped completely in packing tape and it was impossible to take it off without damaging the original box. Important if I did not like the tripod and wanted to return it!!
The tripod itself is excellent, was not damaged in transit and thankfully I do not have any intention of returning it !!
Overall if not for the packing issue I would give them 5 star rating.

"My first experience with Linkdelight went well (enough to write a review here).
A few days after my order, I checked the Order Details; they hadn't changed to 'shipping' yet. I emailed them en recieved a quick reply saying that it had been shipped, along with the tracking number from the Hong Kong post. The person also advised me that it could take 20 days (to France), but I got it 3 days later.
3 out of 9 articles ordered were not in the package, so I emailed again and they replied that they were shipped seperately. The remaining articles arrived 3 days later.

So I would have to say they have 2 minor logistical 'flaws':
1: The status of the order never updates, to this day it is still on 'payment confirmed'.
2: When shipped in more than 1 parcel, they could at least specify this in the first one recieved.

But all in all, I'm happy, the products themselves are as described.
I'll order again no problem.

"This order was placed for Aputure Pro Coworker 1S Wireless Remote Kit for Minolta Maxxum 7D. The product description page did not convey that a hot shoe adaptor is required to fit this remote. The cost of adaptor was almost as much as the remote.

As soon as Linkdelight was informed of this error they updated the respective web page. I gave them 2 options either to refund or pay for the adaptor. The supplier was at least honest to accept his mistake but was not willing to either refund or pay for the adaptor. I did approach Paypal but under their policy they cannot take any action.

I brand this company as dishonest despite their mistake they want purchaser to pay for their mistakes.

"I placed an order Dec 2nd, and within 1/2 hour I had confirmation that my account was charged. Two days later, still no shipping confirmation. I sent an email to LinkDelight and they responded that it did ship and gave me an invalid tracking number. Day 5 and still I have no valid shipping information. All the company will say is, "it's the Hong Kong Postal service." I am trying to get help from the seller and there is no apparent effort being made to track this order.

Hong Kong Post said yesterday that it could take 2 months to track the missing package. Now I found out that the LinkDelight only gave them the package "today", December 8th.

It is now December 14th, 12 days after ordering. The package did finally arrive. I connected the unit up and it does appear to work as it was discribed. I am updating my review, for the better, but I am still concerned that they couldn't be honest about the date the item was shipped.

"I purchased a battery grip with 2 EN-EL9a batteries, 2 UV 52mm filters, a 52mm CPL polarizing filter, a lens hood, and a GGS Glass LCD screen protector. I purchased the items on Oct. 12th and received them on about the 26th. Not bad timing. When the order came in, I (as a habit) inventoried the order. I came up 1 filter short. I notified the company via email, and was responded to within 24hrs. after sending a photo to them of the package and contents to prove what I got, they promptly sent out a replacement filter. Despite the error in the order, the company was very good at fixing the issue.
If you have the time to wait and want to save some money on accessories, LinkDelight is the way to go. If I purchased the items I listed above locally, it would have cost me over $300 +tax and shipping, but purchased through LinkDelight, it only cost me $107 with shipping and no tax.
I will be going back for more from this company.

"I have recently bought couple of items from www.linkdelight.com on-line store. Problems:
1. They say - will ship your items within 24 hours. Purchase made on the 22d of July. I requested shipping info on

the 29th. It appears to be not shipped yet. Reply I get in the email: "All our staff went out for a tour annually,

so we can not arrange the parcels. Please understand." OK - I understand, - just a week, come on!
2. Item - soft box - supporting strips are not bending the right way, the material is very rough - it is

practically impossible to get correct shape of the box. But most importantly - the whole construction is so

fragile, that if you are lucky to set it once, I'd say - keep it that way forever, because there is no guarantee

you will be able to assemble that "thing" another time again, without breaking it.
2. Item - barndoor - built quality is so pure, that even if it worked, I am afraid it would not last long, unless

you are going to use it as decoration. But, the one I received, had 4!!! hinges broken straight out of the box. I

sent them pictures complaining.
3. Item - studio flash trigger, 2 channel. Received single channel. The sender unit has no fixing ring, therefore

slips off the hot-shoe after the slightest move. More - it would not fire every second time. Complained again.

So here is what I get back - "For the mistake made on our listing, we really feel sorry about that. We would like

to refund the cost of the two items to you . But the refund can only be arranged after we have the return item.

Please understand. According to the return policy, the return fee should be under the buyers' account..."
I have checked - the return would cost me 30Eu, which is more than replacement items cost. And what, if I get

another faulty set? Ship it again? Another 30Eu? You have to be donkey!
Tried to clarify that, but they do not bother to reply to my emails anymore. Looks like they keep this on-line shop

to sell all "brokes" and returns that are not as easy to get rid of on E-bay. Stay away - this is my advice.
