"Paid extra for "priority shipping", over $45 in total that promised delivery in 3-7 days. On the 7th day I sent and email, then again on the 8th day... then again on the 9th. They finally replied to say they were out of stock of some lines. WHY DIDN'T THEY COMMUNICATE?
They offered to ship immediately and refund the out of stock products. Guess what? It's 12 days now and despite emails, they STILL havne't shipped and no refund has so far been forthcoming.
I'm referring to Paypal - I would warn potential customers NOT to deal with the company in the first place.
UPDATE: Finally got my refund but had to refer to Paypal's resolution centre and fight for it. The excuse kept coming back that only a manager could refund and they weren't available.
CONCLUSION: Poor service unscrupulous company... it seems they claim lots of the items are out of stock and they just try to keep your money. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH LINKDELIGHT."

Back in November 2010 I purchased a Pro 160 LED Panel and received the item damaged more then a month later. I have been in contact with the seller in Hong Kong over a period of 4 months with all sort of promises on their part but received no actual service from them.

I originally spent $114.00 US for the item only to received an incomplete and damaged kit, after being challenged as to the state of the equipment I was asked to provided photos for their inspection and through a series of delays and unproductive email exchanges was finally given a return authorization number and address (PO box) in Hong Kong to send back the defective item at my cost ($50).

In February 2011 I returned the defective item closely following the sellers instructions and never received the promised replacement part, on March 23, 2011 I received a last email from the seller telling me to check with my Post Office and wishing me “good Luck”, and that was the end of it, they got another victim..

I spent nearly 5 months of my time following up with Link delight NA, but never though I needed to be lucky to successfully complete a business transaction with them.

They no longer return my email (typical of such criminal organization) I have lust my investment and the product I had originally ordered from them through EBay.

More specifically if you are dealing with them be aware of these two names (HEBE and/SUNNY) as they are at the front end of the scam. They will make you spent more money and will not deliver on any of the promises.

I think you should take the negative reviews below with a pinch of salt.

I have made two orders from Linkdelight sent to Sweden, and there has been no trouble what so ever.
I had one package sent with express, which took three(!) days and one sent by standard mail which arrived within two weeks.

The customer service is excellent: I contacted the support regarding question about what ND filters they had in stock.
I have sent some 4-5 e-mails which were answered within MINUTES.

Everything in my orders are functional and works as promised. Here in Sweden you can actually buy some of the third party camera gear I ordered from Linkdelight at camera stores, but at a COMPLETELY different price.

To sum things up; I am very satisfied with Linkdelight, and will definitely return to make more purchases shortly.

"Stay away from this company! They are a scam! They unload multiple faulty products on you, then get you to return it at your cost. I sent it by registered post and had it confirmed that it was delivered by they claimed not to have recieved it. They strung it out long enough (by making various claims including that they would refund the cost of the item) so it went over the period I could report them to ebay then stopped responding to my emails. The WORST company I have ever had delt with! Will never buy from again. Tell everyone not to buy from them. If I could give a rating of zero I would.
