"The vacuum had so many great ratings and Linen n Things definitely had the best price. I shopped around for days and even looked at rebates. My husband's hotel uses this same vacuum so it seems a great deal. The shipping was super fast, which was also free. So far no issues. It comes with a 1 year warranty. Only thing, which may does not seem like a big deal, but it doesn't come with a setting to adjust lower level vacuuming. Our old vacuum had this setting, which I always put on low to get the best clean. It doesn't seem necessary on this vacuum since it is doing a through cleaning."
