Well apparently its only good for 90 days. Well i can't believe that they only will guarntee there so called quality for 90 days... jewelery only last 90 DAYS! So I wanted to leave a customer testimonial so I could share with others and this is what i got:

"I don't know why there are soo many bad reviews.. I would definately buy from them again because the ring I got personalized for an anniversary gift for my fiance came out perfect & in a cute box too. I got an order confirmation email immediately after my order was placed & an email telling me when the ring was shipped. Had no issues with tracking the ring either. Maybe some of you didn't do something right, or they did mess up... idk but I give them a good review because this was my first time ordering from them so I was skeptical, but they did a great job."

"never ever go with this company!!!!! guarnteed shipping by the middle of dec. This was to be a personilzed couple ring for christmas. I finally recieved the product the last week of feb.!!!!! I had to give a christmas present to the one i loved after valentine day. On top of that 3 day's later the Silver toning has already wore off and it's a ugly bronze color. Very embarassing. Their customer service is horrible to deal with. The product is of lower grade then a ring u would get out of a quarter machine and if you want it as a present you better order a whole 4 months in advance. Save yourself the trouble and go with a different company."

"I was VERY hesitant on purchasing from this company due to all of the negative reviews, but I wasn't entirely dissatisfied with my purchase. It was a Tungsten ring, and engraved for my wedding day. The engraving is perfect, and the ring is gorgeous. However, the ring has two hairline scratches on it that are able to be buffed out. Other than the two scratches, it's flawless. Not quite sure if I'd push my luck with this company a second time, but I don't regret giving them my business this time around! Best wishes to everyone else! Oh, and P.S: One of the biggest topics regarding negative reviews from this company was related to shipping. I can't agree with them after my purchase. I received my ring in less than two weeks; placed my order on the 3rd, it shipped on the 10th, and it arrived by the 15th. However, as for tracking my order and contacting effective customer service? Impossible. After several attempts, I gave up. But at least my order came in!"

"SO ANNOYING!!!!

I have never dealt with such people! The products suck but then again I would have expected that with the item being so cheap. I ordered a tribal design ring from them and it is now just a plain band and you have to use a magnifying glass to even see any remnants of the design that was ever so poorly etched into the metal. You only get a confirmation of your order when they want you to and when you ask for one get ready to wait almost a week for it to be sent. I'm still waiting and it has been a year since I requested one. They will randomly hold your order for no reason at all and you have to email them or call just to get any kinds of answers.

I ordered a ring last year for my fiancee for our anniversary and it took it two months to be shipped and arrive to him; but that was only after I had to call and email to find out what the heck was going on with the order and come to find out they say there was a problem with my credit card which was completely bogus because I checked and double-checked and everything was correct. And when I told them of this they claimed that it wasn't just the card information and that it was the billing address that was wrong and didn't match what my bank had on file for me which was another lie because it did match and after I threatened to take this to a legal stand MAGICALLY everything was fixed and my order arrived within a week. So I have a hard time believing that anything was wrong at all from the start.

This company rubbed me the wrong way from the get-go but I give all companies three shots. They are on their second and I really don't have high hopes for them at all.

Oh and their live chat reps SUCK because they don't listen and have no idea how to help you nor do they pay attention or apparently read what you type so I don't recommend using that service either. If anything use the emailing method (for your records and safety) or call. But other than that I would NOT recommend anyone buy from here if you want great quality in all areas. You would come out 100 times better and more satisfied by getting your jewelry at Walmart's jewelry department...

"Through Brads Deals, I found a beautiful Trinity Knot Necklace that I wanted to get for my teenage granddaughter. Using my credit card, I bought it on October 18, 2012. On October 29, 2012, I got an envelope in the mail with a packing slip (in case I wanted to return the necklace) a thank you note and an advertisement for more jewelry, but no necklace or any other jewelry was in the envelope. I have posted a dispute with my credit card and will get a refund. There is no excuse for this. I will never shop there again. I normally always check reseller's rating before buying, but neglected to this time. On the packing slip, my order number is 1. There is no invoice number, but there is an Item number and a manifest number, a vendor number, sku number, and literature codes."

"My wife’s birthday was Sept 16 and she asked for a simple present. She wanted a necklace and pendant engraved with our childrens’ names. I searched the Internet for a product meeting her desires and found a very nice pendant at Limoges Jewelry. I was impressed that the company had been in business since 1927.

I filled out the online order form, including the names to be engraved. I carefully entered “eric” for Name 1 and “ann” for Name 2. The form even included a check box that I had to click, stating the spelling of the names entered was correct. About two weeks went by and the item arrived via normal postal service. I was glad to receive the package because my wife’s birthday was in two weeks. I opened the envelop and immediately recognized my son’s name was mispelled “erick”. I called the jewelry store and explained the circumstances to the representative. The representative seemed unconcerned and would not assist me in any fast resolution. I was told to return the item and order a replacement, which would arrive in a couple weeks.

I went online and started to order the item again. When I located the product’s page I read a very clear block highlighted in blue that read, “Ships in 48 hours.” I emailed the company requesting a fast delivery, but only received a canned email response stating the product would arrive in approximately two weeks. I eventually received the replacement item three weeks later, a week after my wife’s birthday. Upon opening the package I noticed the names were capitalized instead of all lower case as I had ordered, but decided to keep the pendant to avoid more headaches dealing with the company.

There were other extremely annoying interactions with Limoges Jewelery regarding their online coupon and my reimbursement for shipping costs, but I will spare you the details. I really don’t understand how a company that has been in business for over 80 years can make simple engraving mistakes and have such terrible customer service. Perhaps they are still up and running because they have cheap prices. I’ve learned my lesson and, in the future, will pay a little more for a better product and good customer service.

"I ordered a personalized ring and bracelet on November 19, 2011. I wanted this as a christmas gift. When I got my email confirmationit clearly stated 2 -3 weeks, plenty of time for Christmas. Well guess what, got it on December 29. Called customer service after failed email attempts, stated not sure but the lead time was 2-4 weeks, still when I inquired it was already 4 weeks."

"DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
I ordered 2 rings from limoges and it was a really long time, like 2 1/2 months until I got them, and when I did they looked nice but within a month's time they looked horrible and what was supposed to be gold and SOLID sterling silver...yah right. flaked off completely leaving them looking terrible and gray. I will never order from them again. For what I paid, it was a ripoff.

"I ordered a personalized engraved necklace for my wife on 6/9/2011, and the site was very forthcoming that it would be a 2-4 week wait time due to the engraving. I received an email from them two weeks after ordering informing me the item was finished and ready to be shipped. My credit card was not charged until AFTER I received this email, presumably when the item was shipped out. It took just under 3 weeks from ordering to delivery, which was right in the middle of their initial estimate.
The necklace looks amazing, especially for the price, and most importantly - my wife loves it! Next time I shop for jewelry, I will be looking at Limoges as my first choice.

"I ordered a personalized ring for my wife for Mother's Day. It took forever to even get it delivered in the first place, and when it came, the personalization was incorrect (even though it was correct on the receipt). I returned the ring (shipped back at my own expense), and they "corrected" the problem by simply sending us a "fixed" ring that was still incorrect. Now I have to send it back AGAIN (at my own expense) and wait AGAIN and hope they can finally get it right."

"I have ordered twice from this company and have been happy with the results from both experiences. One time I bought a necklace for my fiance's mother and it "broke" the first time she wore it when my son pulled on it. The clasp piece unbent and fell apart. It was repairable and in no way made me upset with the company. All necklaces break at sometime, esp. if there is pressure on it. The second time I ordered an engraved ring for my fiance for our anniversary. It came very promptly and I was very satisfied. I was slightly disappointed that the tribal design on the outside didn't wrap around completely, but it wasn't that big of a deal. I will definately and plan to order from them again."

"This company is completly worthless. First they said my necklace i bought and paid for faster shipping is GUARANTEED christmas delivery. Then the first day it was worn it broke!! i contacted them about it and they said i had to send the necklace back and they would have to engrave the necklace again. LAST time it too 4 weeks and they want to do it again and make me wait for a necklace that only the chain is broken. I asked if they could just send a chain and they said it was not possible!!!!"

"I ordered 3 pieces of jewelry on 12/3. I got the first piece on 12/16 and it was wrong. I called customer service and they told me keep the necklace (it was only $13.00) and they would send me out the right one. A few days later I got the replacemnt necklace and it was still the wrong one. Again I called and they said they would send out the right one. The third necklace was finally the correct necklace but of course it didn't come to until after Christmas. The other pieces of jewelry came on Christmas Eve and were correct."
