"Don't waste your money!! Metal falls off the band exposing junk metal that rusts and turns your finger GREEN in less than 2 weeks. 30 day guarantee is false nobody answers or responds.. Don't buy any of this " jewelry " it's equivalent to bubble gum machine quality.. All plastic and junk metals!! "

Sending it back

"Ordered necklaces and you can't even read the names on them. It might as well be written on a piece of rice. No wonder the price was good. You get what you pay for. I bought as a gift and would be embarrassed to give these to anyone. Buyer beware!"

Very Cheap Quality Ankle bracelet

"I would give it a zero if I could. I ordered a Sterling Silver Personalized Hollywood Script Name Anklet in May 19, 2019. I received it approximately May 31st. l love ankle bracelets. I wanted to wear it on my vacation in early July. I left it in the blue felt bag that it came in & put it in my Jewelry box. I asked my husband to put it on for me as I was getting dressed to leave on vacation. It busted the minute he tried to open the lock to secure it. I have never worn it. It busted from the chain area so not easy to fix on my own. I called customer service to let them know what happen . I wasn't asking for a refund just wanted it fixed or another one. She said she was going to report it to corporate and have someone call me back or respond to my request. I have yet to hear from anyone & my bracelet is still broken. It is cheap quality..way too thin. Weaker than something you would buy at Walmart. Not worth the $66.98 I paid with S/H. Don't waste your money! Never again!"

Very unhappy!

"My husband had ordered product # 17804 for my Mother's Day gift.....first of all, it took 25 days to receive this product (and this was with the extra fee for priority shipping)! It arrived AFTER Mother's Day and once it did arrive, it was a disappointment. The stones are as tiny as a pencil tip and the names are almost illegible unless you are carrying a magnifying glass around!!! I'm a very unhappy customer and WILL NOT be ordering from Limoges again!!!! Please don't waste your time or money!!"

HORRIBLE!! TOTAL ripoff!

"A daily sales site that I trusted had a great deal from Limoges. So, on Sept 30, I ordered a necklace. On Oct 17, I called and was told my order had just been shipped "that day" and was given a tracking number. Later, I received an email with ANOTHER tracking number. I checked both numbers. As of yesterday, Oct 27, the first one I was given has been delivered - to White Plains NY - I am in Texas. The SECOND tracking number is still shown as waiting to be delivered TO the post office, SINCE OCT 18!! Of course, no one answers the phone and email is a joke. I am going to notify my CC that this is a scam and challenge the charge."

Only buy if you have no timeline!

"Website, and ad both say product will be shipped between 3-7 days... called 12 days later, and they advised it will be 3-4 weeks... That a discount code I used, from their website, is why. REALLY?!?! What a joke and the WORST Customer Service EVER!!!"

Still Waiting

"I placed my order in November, with the hopes of receiving before Christmas. I called twice and was assured it would arrive before that. I opened a case and I'm still waiting to hear from a rep. I called again to change the shipping address so my loved one would receive directly. Unfortunately it is still being delivered to me. The tracking info that was emailed to me states there is an error. It's been a week since I received the tracking info. I have been waiting now for almost 2 months. I GUESS I GET WHAT I PAID FOR! WISH I READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE HAND! :("

Worst customer service

"Ordered a christmas gift for my granddaughter a month before Christmas. Called on Dec 23rd to check on delivery date. I was told that they had a problem with the item .But never in formed me. And now I want be getting it till dec 27th. They never even answered my two emails ,I had to call them. I will never order from this company again."

Terrible Service

"It is now 3 days before Christmas and I still have not received my order. I called and spoke with a representative on 2 separate occasions and was assured that my order would arrive before Christmas. I received an e-mail yesterday stating that my order will be delivered on 12/27! I was upset and called back to the company. I spoke with a rep who apologized and said they could give me a 15% credit back. This was not a sufficient response. I could have ordered an engraved item from another vender. Wish I would have looked at these reviews before I placed my order. Very disappointed."

They absolutely don't give a crap their customers.

"They absolutely don;t give a crap. I ordered 3 items on nov 16th, they just shipped and won't get here until after Christmas, they claimed they would ship in 3 - 4 weeks. MORE LIKE 6 WEEKS! Now I have to run out and buy something else. I have purchased from them in the past and have been extremely happy with my jewerly BUT I am no longer a customer. I sent them an email asking several question. I got a form letter and none of my questions answered. Not worth the headache."

You get what you pay for

"I ordered a class ring for my daughter, it took as long as they said it would, and it took a bit, But for 72.00 what do you expect vs a 300.00 hundred dollar plus class ring from jostens. I was pleasantly surprised when I seen her ring and it looks good. I am hoping she gets 3 years out of it. most people don't wear them once they graduate either and I don't have 300 bucks to waste. guess we will find out, she loved it and she is saying it is getting dark where the words are and of course the stone is not real. But like I said you get what you pay for."

Tarnished

"I ordered a necklace for my daughter with her kids and grandson names and birthstones. It said more could be added as needed. Daughter recently welcomed a new grand daughter to the family, so I was going to send necklace back to update. I received an email saying items are sold as is and cannot be changed. The necklace is a year old and is tarnished like it is 50 years old. I am so disappointed and hope no one else makes the same mistake I did. Quality is so bad and Customer Service is no better. Please beware!"
