What I got only works in the 3800, not in the 3880 as advertised. When I return the useless cartridge, they want a 15% restocking fee ($10.65) on top of whatever it costs to ship the cartridge back. They need to take responsibility for their inaccurate ad.

I ordered the cartridge a couple of weeks before I needed it, so it would be on hand when the existing cartridge ran out. Now, when I need to complete a job, I have no way of printing, and it could take a week or so to get a replacement cartridge. What the ....?

I am waiting on a response from Lexjet, but other then telling me I need to pay a restocking fee, they are silent."
