Very rude service.

"The service man, Jammel, was late by one week, and never got back to me with a price. The manager of the store in Conyers was curt, and hung up the phone!"

RUN!!! THEIR SYSTEMS DO NOT WORK PROPERLY AND THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ANY SERVICE!!!

"do not purchase a salt system from this company!!! we purchased our system from them last summer and it has never worked!! we have called and called and called and they send someone out and it still has never worked!! each tech provides a different reason it is not working. each time they come out, they tell you "we have to order (this or that) part and will reschedule a date to fix your system". each time it takes weeks for them to show up again and each time, the system does not work!! oh, did i mention that each time you request they come out to fix the pool salt system, you must first take a sample of pool water and drive it up to leslie's before they will schedule any service??? yeah, there's that lovely issue too. because after all, you don't have a job, family and a life when you purchase a salt system from leslie's. don't forget, your pool is not useable during all of this!! now we have called soooo many times, it is a joke now. the last call my husband made was the end of last week when he was told (on speaker phone while i listened) that a "manager was not available but would be calling us right back". we are, as you guessed it, still waiting for that call!!! tell your friends, relatives and neighbors not to buy from leslie's because they do not stand behind their products nor do they provide anything resembling customer service!! don't walk, run to another pool company!!"

Pool Cover

"Purchased a cover for a 24 round above ground pool. It didn't fit brought it back and the sales person said we have received lot of complaints that they don't fit our regional sales person knows about it but hasn't decided what to do. Pull them off the shelves and tell the customers thats what you do"

Horrible service

"I went there for the first time today in collegeville Matt was helping the people in front of me and went from them to the other side of the counter. I went from next to 4th in line I called to complain to the store and told Matt I was going to give them a bad review and he said ok so here it is. SCP pool supply delivers to our area. I recommend everyone use them you don’t have to leave your house! If Matt wasn’t so chatty with the people in front of me there would most likely not have been a line. If you hate your job so much find a new one and take some pride. "

Very disappointed :(

"I took my Polaris into the Selma Leslie pools to get fixed. The young man explained they were out of the part but had a truck coming in tomorrow. I called 4 times the next day to see how the repair was going but no one answered. Finally Saturday i was told no one was there to unload the truck plus they thought it would be 2 weeks for the repair. I asked why they said it needed more work and they really weren't a repair shop. They suggested i take to Austin Highway Leslies so i did. They said it would be two days. We'll see. The Selma store is poorly managed...low staffed and not trained. I will never go there again. Very dissatified "

Snakes

"I've spent 4000$ on pump,sand filter, PVC pipes..... Within a year the pipes are all leaking... I get ahold of corporate to schedule a appointment . Only time available was two weeks out. Corporate tells me it's under warranty.. so after waiting and not being able to use my pump for 13 days, the technician tells me it's now not under warranty and I have to pay for parts and service call. Leslie's has now lost a loyal customer and I will be informing others not to use their business. Now I have to spend more on chemicals bc Leslie's told me to now run my leaking pump which turned it green... Frustrated beyond belief"

Lies, lies, lies

"Placed an order for 50 lbs of shock, I could not get the tracking number to work for days, so I called, they said the 50lbs of shock was “lost” I told them that I could order it from amazon and get it in 3 days, and their tracking numbers do work, I wanted to cancel but they said I would have to pay a restocking fee, so I waited like for about a week, new tracking number did not work( no surprise) so I called, they cannot locate the 50 lbs of shock, they said they would refund my money 3 days ago, they said by 5pm I should have my money, I just got an email stating they just did it and that I will have to wait 5 business days to get it. Not only did they hold my money hostage and made me lose time with calling them with “NO RESOLUTION” they have no problem solving skills. First time ordering from Leslie’s and the last. "

LESLIES POOLS STORE #668

"STORE MANAGER DON DEBACCO WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND SO WAS HIS CO WORKER BRANDON BOUMAN. I BROUGHT THEM MY POOL CLEANER WHICH WASN'T WORKING. IN A FEW HOURS THEY SOLVED THE PROBLEM AND HAD IT WORKING AGAIN. OTHER PLACES COULD NOT FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM.. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND VERY NICE AND HONEST. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM ANY TIME."

Great customer service!

"I came in to Leslie Pools in Enfield CT. because my pool water was very cloudy. I did not have any experience with this. The staff was so patient and helpful. Franco and Mike walked me through the best plan after my water was tested. My pool is now sparkling clean! I appreciate this kind of customer service. Thanks everyone!"

Worse SERVICE department ever experienced

"While the service guys are good their"dispatch " system and 800 contact number are HORRIBLE. They have a "we are Leslie's pool and your not attitude". Save your money. No one can be as bad as THESE guys are...call any one. literally anyone nut Leslie's. "

Where is my pool????

"Ordered my pool and equipment 2 weeks ago. The order stated 3-5 day delivery. I emailed them last week and they said the pool would be delivered last Wednesday. It didn't come so I emailed them again and got no response. Called this morning and the young man put me on hold and came back to the phone and stated they were still waiting to combine everything on one pallet. I told him that's what they said last week and asked what they are waiting on? He said he wasn't sure.....crickets......I asked if the only choice I have is to cancel my order since no one can give me the status. He says, "Oh, you can not cancel an order once it has been placed"..... crickets...... I said, "So, your telling me I can't cancel this order and you can't tell me when I will get it". All he says is, "Yes maam, I'm sorry". So, I have half an order of pool supplies filling up my foyer and no pool and no one can update me on my order!!!!
My husband and I could have ordered from anyone online but, we ordered from Leslie's because we wanted to shop locally. I will not order from them again!

Horrible Customer Service

"Leslies Pool on Alafaya trail in the Eastwood shopping plaza came out and replaced our board in our pool control panel after it got zapped during a storm. A few days later, we wanted to adjust the solar temp., but the panel did not list this option anywhere on the control panel. We have changed solar for 10 years, so we know how to do it. I called Leslies to come out and fix it, and got the run around. After 3 weeks of waiting for a warranty service call, our tech came back today. When he was out, he said that he found an additional issue and wanted to charge me $138.00 for a service call. I explained to him that I didn't think I should pay, he agreed and said that he would call the "boss", and they may be able to call it a QC issue and charge me only $24.00. Instead...I was told that if I didn't pay the 138.00 I would be dismissed as a customer. Wow, talk about HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Don't use Leslie's!"
