"Like previous review, I made a reservation to rent a super wide angle lens for my weekend event but only was to disappoint that they won't ship to an apartment with doorman / receiving room receiving the product.

To be fair, they did call me back within hours after my reservation and called me back again after I requested them to ship it to an apartment with a receiving room.

I totally understand their perspective and their rental policy but clarification on the above shipping scenario could have been listed on their website to avoid such a time consuming ordeal. "
