"I was a little bit skeptical at first as the rental prices were lower compared to other rental companies I found online. After browsing their website I quickly realized that they had an impressive array of lenses for rent at very reasonable prices, and that all details regarding the rental contract are very well explained. The lenses I rented was super clean and in excellent shape. The owner is super nice, professional, and a joy to speak to and he certainly knows a lot about photography. Another big incentive for me was the fact that LensGiant was a local business. That meant even lower cost as I did not have to pay shipping cost. The packaging was superb. I’ve dealt with some rental companies in the past that were flat out rude (if you were “lucky” enough to get someone on the phone). The prices and quality are among the best I've found. LensGiant proves that you can shop for price and not give up a thing. The equipment is in great shape, they make it very easy to repackage for return shipment, and they don't force you into paying for 2Day Air shipping like other sites. LensGiant offers your choice of Express or Ground shipping that is a lot cheaper. The choice of shipping options makes one more thing to think about when placing the order, but I rather spend a minute longer during the checkout process than pay the other guys an extra $10 for Air shipping that I don't need. The only reason I didn't give them all 5-stars on everything is because their website isn't as slick as some others."
