"Lazerpoint.com is a sham... a fraudulent website based out of China. I ordered a laser pointer and it came about after 3-4 weeks. It did not work, so I tried a new battery and it still did not work. Their customer service was very quick to respond and very polite, but instead of saying "Here's where you can ship it back to and we will send you another one", they wanted pictures and video of the broken laser pointer. So I sent that, and yet again, instead of sending me a new one to the shipping address at no charge, they requested I make a NEW order using my Paypal account and to give them my order ID and they would take care of the cost. I am sorry but people who send you a broken item, give you hoops to jump through, give out no personal information (such as a return address), and request you make a brand new order using your own money just screams FRAUD. So I have to eat my $26 and try again elsewhere."

"I ordered 2 lasers and a couple LED items. I haven't received the items yet, but I REALLY appreciated the customer service that I have received so far. 1st of all, I tried to ship ti Kyrgyzstan and that didn't work out, so I shipped to the States. But for some reason the shipping price didn't go down. So, I got an e-mail from them confirming my address and requesting to refund me $20.7. I have been in contact with them and they've always responded fast by e-mail and very courteous. I can't wait to find out how decent the items are."
"Ok, to start off, the website looked official, I created an account, bought my product through paypal, and everything was honkey dory. The seller guaranteed it would ship in 24 hours. Here I am , 16 days later, waiting for it to ship. I finally got fed up and decided to cancel my order. There was no option to cancel my order, but their phone line was all in Chinese, so I emailed them. Three days later, they still hadn't done anything. I called my card company, and got refunded, because their website is a total fraud. If you wish to be ripped off, this IS the place for you. "
