"I must be the lucky one, ordered 2 5mw reds at $2 each and a 30mw green for $15. Arrived in the UK within a week (free shipping), the reds are are of cheap quality but thats 'cos they're ridiculously cheap, the green is pretty good, seems to be at least the power level of my tried and trusted 20mw and I'm using old batterys at the moment. I'm not saying Lazerpoint are 100%, but for a couple of cheap lasers for my mates I'm happy."

I ordered a 200mW green laser pointer, some LED wire connectors on August 10th, 2012, Lazerpoint.com or FP Ltd China charged my credit card right away. The company sent items out August 16, 2012 six days after my credit card was charged. The package from China arrived in the US postal system on September 2, 2012. Today is September 10, 2012, one month after I ordered my products and they still have not been delivered. I've emailed these people several times and they assure me that I am going to get my package. Somehow after one month I don't think I will be getting my package or a refund from them.
YOU ARE GAMBLING BY ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Follow up notes: I basically had no choice but to file a claim with my credit card company for my money back. Lazerpoint goes under a different business name when they charge you credit card. It is "FP Ltd China". I've ordered from them in the past and each time I always had a problem with being sent the wrong items and each time they never issue a refund. Somehow after 1 month of not receiving my package Lazerpoint aka FP Ltd is not interested in customer satisfaction and I've basically hit a stone with their customer service as they send me messages like the one above.
My advice to anyone wanting to buy from them think twice you are taking a risk of not getting what you ordered or not getting what you ordered at all."
"I purchased two different 100mW lasers from lazerpoint.com. They claimed to be 100mW and focusable and said it can light a match. It can NOT do any of that. It is at most 5mW - not 100mW! It is not focusable. I sent them a couple of emails with me taking videos of it not working. At first, they did NOT reply. But 10 days later, all they said was "Sorry, we can not give you a refund." They even have a 30 day money back guarantee! This is a fraud company and NOBODY ever order from this website! I am warning you. They will take your money and give you the lowest quality laser pointers! I will NEVER again do business with this company!"
"I don't really understand why this company has such poor ratings. I ordered a 200mW laser for around $26 and as far as I can tell, it actually is around 200mW (light matches, burn black plastic etc). For people who complained about ship time, you must have never ordered anything from China before because a 2-3 week delivery time should be expected. My only hiccup was the local post office was lazy and didn't try to redeliver the package. Great price, but other customers are right -- there is NO customer service and I didn't even receive an email with my invoice, had to log in to the website to check."

I sent an email and they told me that the product was discontinued and they would refund my money. 2 weeks later still no refund. "What a ripoff.
Ordered a pointer for my kid that he saved his money for. We paid extra for 3 day shipping. I never got any kind of confirmation email, but American Express called me 2 minutes after I tried to purchase and asked if I was the one making the charge! I should've seen the red flag. A week after I bought it, it left someplace in China I'd never heard of. 3 days after that, it left Beijing. 2 weeks later it arrived. (Why did I pay for 3 day shipping again?) There were no instructions with the unit, so we plugged in the charger and charged the battery for about 4 hours until the light turned green. We put the battery in the pointer, hit the power button, and it started smoking. Never even a flicker of light. I've now sent 2 emails, with no response. Their 'Live Help' doesn't work as others have said.
DON'T LET THE SLICK WEBSITE FOOL YOU! This place is a sham. I'll be contacting my credit card company to get my $100 back."
"I did receive the products I ordered from Lazerpoint.com after 5 weeks. The 'live help' is never online. Emails you send for information will not be answered. My green laser pointer is supposed to be aprox. 200mW and light matches etc. Can't say what the power is but it won't light a match and doesn't even feel warm to my skin. It is brighter than a 5mW pointer but not by a whole lot. The battery charger I received seems to work fine."

"One of 2 lazer pointers this company sent did not work at all. Upon contact, they asked me to make a video of how I am using the device. Further, I was put on the company's e-mail subscription list without my permission, and there is no working unsubscribe link in their marketing e-mails. "I bought $350 worth of lasers, LED flashlights and Batteries from these dishonorable people.
They shipped a few items 2 weeks after I ordered them. I asked them to just refund my money after 4 weeks of back and forth excuses via email, but they never refunded my money. Instead they shipped another 3rd of the items after 3 months. Great, I had already ordered duplicate items somewhere else but here comes more.
They charged my credit card 3 minutes after getting my order, but waited 3 months to ship items they say they'll ship in 24 hrs.
