"I was sent a battery that was suppose to be the equivalent of what I ordered. I was not notified that this was going to happen also it does not fit into my lap top. Now I am stuck with a battery I cant use. I have called for 20 days now to return it. I did talk to an actual person Feb 1st she stated someone will call me back to arrange the return now today is the 16th no one has called back. Also have left messages on their answering service and still no return call. They did have quick delivery however poor customer service. "

"This place is not what they say. Horrible customer service!!! I needed a new battery and adapter/charger. When I initially placed the order there was a message that said something was on back/order, but it did not specify which item it was. I used the live chat and the representative told me that both items were available and would ship. Waited a week...No response, update or ship date. Order history finally shows a ship date but also shows a partial shipment-again does not specify which is coming. Call and sat on hold over 11minutes, then got hung up on. Go back to live chat and they say rep will call me shortly. Two hours later, no call. Call back waited 8 minutes till someone picks up. Charger is on back/order and will likely be in stock on the 25th, but can't guarantee it. Canceled the order on the charger and was told that it would be 7-10 days till refund is back to my account. I will never use this company again!"
