"Ordering a replacement battery for my Dell computer was easy and I received email confirmation right away. Shipping was quick. However, the battery itself was defective and never took a charge. The 60 day return policy is fair, however, you DO need a tracking number to confirm their receipt of the return and paying $12 to return a battery hurts, not to mention the time involved. They are at fault and should cover this cost. The other area where they let me down was no email indicating receipt of the battery or that a refund was being processed. I had to track them down (their 8am-4pm PT customer service hours also are inadequate) to confirm this. Their process needs to improve and they need to stand behind what they sell and reimburse for return shipping."
