"Good quality product, except for the piece that clips on to the light bulb. We found one of the four that the clip wasn't centered, another, the shade was bigger than the other three. Someone isn't doing a great job in quality control. I keeping them because it's just to much trouble to pay for them to be returned."

"Ordered 18 shades...14 were as ordered, 4 were same color but different texture. The 4 different shades were packaged in open plastic bags. When they were put on chandelier, it is very hard to see the difference. I only wish I would have had a say in not getting exactly what I ordered."
