Received an email stating that they do their best to keep website inventory up to date but in this instance it was not in stock and would not ship until mid January. Fair enough. I asked that my credit card be refunded until it comes back in stock and ships. They stated they can't do that. My 2 options were to pay for the order and wait 3 months for it to ship or cancel and reorder when its back in stock. Not a very sound business practice. I'll reorder, but not from Lamps.com"

However, upon actually seeing the lamp, I was not happy with the finish.....it just didn't live up to the description. The customer service person was very helpful and took care of sending me the info I needed to send the items back. I was promptly refunded my purchase cost upon their receiving the lamp via UPS.
