"A pretty straightforward transaction. I ordered a license plate bracket that stated it came with screws. I didn't believe it so I ordered an extra set of screws just in case. I was right, the bracket did not come with screws so it was good I took the precaution. Had I trusted the website, it would have cost me more in shipping and time. Additionally, the plastic bracket was shipped to me wrapped in a plastic bubble envelope. It should have been put in a box for safety. It arrived undamaged, but I am very surprised by that. The item took a week to arrive."

I only live 2.5 hours from Lakeland and it took. Sad thing is, I paid shipping, so I paid for this crappy service. I guess the jokes on me! If you need your parts fast, look somewhere else."

"I bought a part of their website. I wound up paying a smaller shipping fee then was actually required. Unfortunately I was unable to pay the bigger amount so they refunded me the little bit I did send and had it shipped to them for me to pick up. Unfortunately the ride I had was unable to take me so I had to call and ask them to ship it out anyway. They were very understanding and within a few hours I received an email stating that the park was being sent to me and with a tracking number. Great customer service!!! I will be getting my parts from them from now on."
