"I bought 4 cam phasers and 2 secondary timing chains (for half the price of my hometown Ford stealerships) for my 16 F150 5.0 V8. Really easy to find the components I needed using the Ford parts diagram provided on the site. Checkout was easy enough, pretty normal. Get the confirmation email for the order. A day or two later, an email saying 2 of the phasers are on backorder. They ask me how I wanted to proceed with the order, I told them send me what you have and refund what you don't. No issues at all with the refund, within 24 hours it showed up in my account. And then crickets about my order. I never heard from them again, until I emailed them asking about the status of my order. They emailed back saying it was being shipped that day. I got the parts no problem. I don't know what the issue was. I will buy from them again though."
