"It was good. I wanted a part for my '07 Mustang GT and even though it wasn't an actual part for my GT, he understood what I was looking and wanting it for. He help me with the order in spite of the site wanting to argue with me about it not being a part number for it. In the end, it finally let me purchase the part as a modification. Even saved me money form what the local Ford Dealer tried to sell it to me for...$100 more. On another note: The item being a "Modification" was subject to a special order allowing anywhere from 10-14 days for delivery.
