Luckily housekeeping replenished our room several times & my husband and I had the opportunity to try several fragrances. Now L'Occitane is always in our baths & our family & friends are hooked as well. I am in the process of replacing my soap.. Because I'm always giving it out to company and I can never be without. "i had the most awful experience with the Bridgewater Mall L'Occitane store. When I received my order, I was allergic to the fragrance. I brought my recipe to the store and asked to exchange for the almond oil which I use without any issues. The store salesperson (heather)was awful to deal with. She was uncooperative and did not assist me.
