"The customer service line ***-***-**** average wait time is more than 16 minutes? I am on hold for 36 minutes. now. What happened to L'Occitane? I have been calling for this order for 7 times and every time and have to be on hold for around 20 minutes each time. I ordered 13 items and they only delivered 3 items. 2nd replacement order was wrong sizes and 4 items missing again.....

Also, no one is responding the customer service emails. Why? ?
