"We really like the new Director and are thankful for that change. We hope that she is able to retain good teachers as prior to her leadership there was a series of attrition of excellent teachers, which was highly concerning."

"I think it took a bit to warm up to the teachers and get to know them a bit more. They have been very kind and communicative. Phoebe has also gotten sick a lot, which is frustrating, but I know part of a larger daycare. Our only hope would be a smaller caretaker/child ratio - not sure if that is possible."

"The teachers are GREAT! I really want to highlight that because they are doing an excellent job. My child loves teachers. The management is well-intentioned and kind, but seem overwhelmed and not prepared to tackle some of the school's challenges. The Director just moved to another school so I'm hopeful that the acting director and new incoming director will be better able to address the challenges. I think acting director and associate director are capable of addressing these challenges with support. They are very kind, and helpful and do their best. Better communication from them would be great. I know that most parents would be happy to provide support when needed and when they can (ex. I would be happy to notify of pick-up/drop-off times in advance to help during times with tight staffing, etc.)"

"There are so many wonderful teachers at this school. I wish they were paid enough to actually stay longer. High staff turnover has really contributed to a sense of chaos in the infant room."

"The facilities are well maintained and clean, with natural light and beautiful outdoor space. The management is warm and kind. However, over the past 6 months, there has been a high turnover of staff, we got fewer and fewer daily pictures and updates via the app (with poor photo quality), and the kids did not transition to the next level at 18 months. We feel they are missing out as they don’t benefit from the emulation of older kids. New teachers are less engaged. We love Ronnique, who is a fantastic teacher, she is caring and great with kids, she deserves 5 stars. She is not our kids’ teacher but she is great!"

"The administrators at this school are absolutely atrocious. They are nasty, unhelpful and have negative attitudes. They have made it abundantly clear that they do not care at all whether we stay at la petite or leave. They are uninterested in the concerns we raise and do nothing to resolve them. They are totally uncommunicative. We’ve been hugely disappointed in every interaction we’ve had with them. We stay only out of convenience and because of some of the teachers."

"We've been really impressed with the administration's organization and communication in comparison to what we've experienced elsewhere. Additionally, everyone, even teachers that are not are son's, are incredibly friendly. We love the people there. And I want to say again, our teachers have THE MOST to do with how we feel about the school and Miss Sherika, Miss Ana and Miss Jayneil are really incredible. It's hard to leave your infant somewhere, but his excitement to see them makes me feel so happy to leave him there."

"My experience had been great in the infant and transition toom and teachers were also amazing. However, the toddler has been really off putting. She speaks very rudely and we know she is learning it at school because we don't speak to her in english and when she speaks out language, she is very polite. The only place she is hearing english and learning is at her school!!"

"We have come across some very good teachers at the school; though many of them left recently. There is inconsistency around the quality of teachers and seemingly high turnover. It also seems that there are not enough teachers staffed in the mornings for drop-off. Overall the environment at the school is wonderful, clean, safe, positive. One improvement would be around better communication from the Director to parents (i.e., before a child is transitioning out of a classroom, when rates are increased, etc.)."

"We’ve been in three classes now, the first two were good. The toddler class we’re in now is ok. The teachers seem under motivated because they’re compensation isn’t commensurate with the job they’re doing. Thus, they seem less than motivated to really care about the kids. It feels like it’s just a job for them. With every other service I pay for, that is ok. But my kids are the most important thing in my life. And now that we are paying more than a mortgage payment to attend this school, I want more. I want teachers who care, healthy nutritional food, and meaningful development."
