"My experience has generally been ok after about six months. We had some significant problems with how the infant room was run, in particular that lack of a quiet time for rest. My child rarely slept during the day while a baby, which may have had a detrimental effect on their brain development. When we voiced our concern about this state of affairs, we were told that this was just how the room was run."

"Lovely and warm engagement by caregivers and administration. The teachers are also communicative about my child and I see clear child developments since joining LPA. Child comes home very happy and exhausted, the signs of a good day. The physical updates to the space are also really nice and (in my opinion) a significant improvement."

"If it were not for my child’s main teachers, I don’t know how much longer I would keep my child in LaPetite. My main concern is the fact that my child’s feedings are often confused by teachers who are substituted for the day when one of the main teachers are absent. Although I realize that the teachers’ absences are at no fault of the school, I think management could do more to ensure that all the paperwork we fill out in the beginning explicitly stating each child’s routine, is actually read and followed. Overall, I think management has been responsive to our concerns when they are raised, which is great! I like that the app keeps us updated throughout the day (always love receiving pictures and videos!). I would like to see more activities for the infants. They seem to be left out of some of the fun I’ve noticed in the toddler and twos classes. My child has been enrolled at LaPetite for a few months now and I’ve only seen him in the app participating in two art/craft activities."
