"Overall our experience has been great. Over the past month there has been turnover in staff resulting in different teachers almost daily in the classroom. It has caused some confusion, missed medication, missed bottles and disruptions to our daughters naps. I have discussed now 2x with the director who was very receptive and is working to correct some of the issues. Also one of the new teachers in the infant classroom seems a little overwhelmed and not friendly as compared to the rest of the staff. I am concerned for when she completes her training and is alone with our child. I worry she lacks the nurturing nature needed to care for children. Other staff does a good job but Whitney has been the best with communication, interaction with my child and other children. She seems like she listens and impliments our recommendations."
