"The app is great and really eases my heart during the day. I love the responsiveness of the teachers if I send messages. They also do a great job of updating the events, food, potty, etc of the day. I’ve only had two issues where it feels like I talk to one teacher about a specific request, then since they change teachers through the day, it doesn’t always get passed along. Also, sometimes I wonder if when I send message and I get a response, even though it shows a teachers name, it feels like different people are responding to me, which is confusing later when we have face to face conversations. This can make me frustrated at one teacher if I feel like she didn’t listen to me, but then I start to realize she might not have been the one I messaged earlier, so I reiterate my thoughts and it usually clears up the confusion. Ex: refrigerating bag baby food. I have asked multiple times to make sure this happens after opening, but I keep finding the open bags in cupboard next day."

"I don't have a lot to compare with besides some tours, but La Petite had a great feel to it. The staff was very communicative with us when we were prospective clients and has continued to be now that we are enrolled. My only complaint is I wish our teacher told us a bit more about what we as parents could do to make the day go smoother. Our infant had been eating at home for weeks before she asked if we could bring snacks for him during the day. Of course! I just wish she would've said something sooner. A couple tiny things like that, but overall, I think they do a great job and LOVE the app to get real-time updates and pics of the day's activities. Give me such peace of mind and big smiles when I get pictures."
