"We chose La Petite Pleasanton because of the location. When we toured the school it felt warm and safe. The staff, in particular my daughter's teacher Anita, have been wonderful. I can see my daughter loves being in daycare which is the most important thing for me and I believe Anita is one of the main reasons my daughter loves being at La Petite. Overall, I feel the school is organized and makes an effort in all the areas that are important. The app is a great form of communication and every parent I show it to is very impressed. My only concern (and it is a minor one) is the prevalence of canned fruit and sweetened snacks that my daughter is served. I think being more forward thinking about diet and the environment would help propel the school into a new level of excellence. The is a growing concern among parents regarding the things like the effects of BPA lining in canned foods on the health of their child and staying a the forefront of those issues shows a deeper commitment to the evolving environment. I hope you take my comments into consideration. Overall, I feel that sending my daughter to La Petit was one of the best decisions we've made and I appreciate the efforts of the school to keep my daughter safe and happy."

"it is wrong and incredibly unprofessional to take all the parents detail over the phone , go through a 'make believe list , officially checking what room my daughter would be in, stating that YES WE DO HAVE AVAILABILITY , only to be faced once in the actual school with an 8 months waiting list.It comes across as money grabbing, and a total disregard for the painful transition that a return to work can be without adding your ounce of discomfort."

"My husband and I couldn't have been happier with the tour and the overall feeling we got from the San Ramon location. Mamta was very warm and welcoming and explained things to us very well. This is the first school we've looked at that we would actually feel comfortable leaving our daughter and not worrying about her happiness or well being. While we were also quite impressed with the Pleasanton location, we did not feel the same warmth from the Director, Sierra, and the tour seemed rather rushed. She even made somewhat of a snarky comment that we were 10 minutes early for our tour. Our overall feeling of the Pleasnaton location was that it was clean, organized and had a great curriculum but it wasn't very warm and caring. In addition to the lack of warmth we've also learned that the Pleasanton location has a few Type A license violations. One violation being that Sierra herself did not have a criminal background screening prior to becoming the Director. This is a major concern for us and is the primary reason as to why we will not be enrolling our daughter at this location. We will however, plan to enroll our daughter into the San Ramon location in the spring."
