"We loved the old director and felt she was very on top of things. Since she left it feels like communication is poor. There have been miscommunications about different things: billing/schedule and the new director does not respond to concerns. I believe we’ve had tuition raised twice and our child hasn’t even been there for a year… meanwhile, class size keeps going up and it’s a lot to put on her teachers. The only reason we stay is because our child adores the teachers and all of her school friends."

"Recent experience is all good. For awhile, we went through a lot of teachers and had a horrible Director who didn’t communicate at all and seemed to have limited respect for her staff. I think communication is good now, especially with everything COVID related. I do wish we got a little more background on incident reports or more frequent updates if there’s something we should be working on with our child."
