"School age program just needs more info shared about what they are doing and how they are engaging the kids. Also - the parking lot - it is a hot hot hot mess. There's two issues. 1. There is a GIANT pothole that seems to swallow cars as they drive over it. 2. The spots are too small and the lines need to be redone. The parking lot STRESSES ME OUT. The whole layout is awful and I feel like I am going to get in an accident every time I exit the lot."
"I'm grateful for the nuturing I see in the infant room, but I don't like what I see and hear from the older kids classes. The teachers seem annoyed with the kids and the kids seem bored so they act out. My son could use some more 1:1 time to develop, but with the 1 to 4 kid ratio there is barely time to keep them clean, fed and happy never mind making sure they are getting help rolling over and trying different foods and textures as my son moves on to solids."
"Wish there was more emphasis on the cleanliness and hygiene within the facility. Some of the rooms do not smell so good. Also, with such a high student-teacher ratio, I feel that my child is not getting the attention for his development."
"We love it! The teachers are all very welcoming and seem to genuinely care about our son. He gets really excited every morning when we drop him off so they have clearly made a positive connection with him. He is developing at a good pace and reaching all of the major milestones. We love the director, Joey. He really impressed us during our initial tour as he knew every kid and parent by name. It was very reassuring to have all of the kids light up when he came into the room.We highly recommend this school to anyone looking for care in the Lynnwood area!"
