"I don't think my daughter is getting much in the way of education. There are little to no regular updates on what they are learning or what they are doing. They provide childcare but if you're looking for education, I wouldn't recommend this location. I had a better experience with the La Petite in San Diego."

"Overall experience has been really good. There's always room for improvement and areas that I personally feel need it. Nothing major though. I think the school has a good system and runs smoothly (for as many kiddos there are!) The director, Justine, is extremely attentive and takes pride in her role, which I appreciate so much as a parent. The teacher's I've interacted with are mostly great - some definitely better than others but I appreciate their hard work because I know it's not an easy job. Kudos and thank you to each and every team member at the school!"

"Q10: My child's classroom has had several teacher transitions since summer 2019. I am not confident in what is happening academically in the classroom. Communication with the teacher via the app is poor. At pickup time she seems disorganized, even frazzled. I do not think she is prepared to be the lead teacher in a pre-k classroom."

"We have been very happy with this school. My only complaint was my son was switch from one class to another, and we were told that it would be about 6 weeks before that it would happen. One Monday morning, he was being dropped off and we told he was now in the new class. We had informed his teacher the class he was being moving from previously he had a hard time with transitions and would like to know when he was being moved so we could talk him through it, but we were not given that opportunity to do so."

"Overall we’ve had a great experience! There was a short period of time where things felt unorganized, but since Justine Skouge was promoted to director the center has been more organized, we receive better communication and generally have a good sense of what’s going on. Justine goes above and beyond every day. She’s a fabulous leader, listener and communicator. It’s very apparent that she is passionate and loves what she does. We feel happy knowing that we can comfortably leave our kids in her and her team’s care every day because they provide a loving and safe environment for our kiddos."

"So far we really like it here. Our child seems to enjoy it and there are a a few teachers that are especially good and exceeds our expectations. There were a few issues that came up but they were communicated to us and dealt with immediately. We just want our child to be in the safest environment, with staff and teachers that truly care about our children. Feeling like she is safe and being taken care of is most important. But also wanting to see that all the staff and teachers are there because they want to be there and they care about our children is very important. We want to know that she is not just being baby sat, but she is also getting the mental stimulation and physical activity. Tuition at any childcare is expensive but if it is necessary then having our child's needs met and providing our family with all that we ask for is worth it in the long run."

"I stated most of my concerns in previous questions, but to summarize: -on the high end of affordable for dual income coparents. -on pickup, things feel disorganized. You can get through both sets of doors behind another parent entering a code pretty easily, which makes me a little uneasy. -management seems friendly enough, but when issues arrive, they are slow to act and have made me feel like I have to advocate for my child’s safety in class. They are slow to accept responsibility, and in this last instance did not file any injury reports even after my son was bitten several times (2-3 of those times were on the head) -price changes are only communicated via a piece of paper they hand out. Neither I nor my coparent received notice, and when I asked about why the price change occurred, the representative quickly sought to establish blame over anything else. -Jessica is our classroom teacher and is absolutely fabulous. She is the reason we have stayed with this location."
