"The survey leaves a lot to be desired as it is set up in a black and white way. With the lead teacher we get more specific answers to our questions and concerns. The afternoon closers are a hit and miss. But I do know that the director does a great job of knowing what is going on or figuring it out and following up. We trust this school with our kids and we have never been disappointed. Our youngest has grown leaps and bounds with Ms Yaneth. He comes home excited to tell us what he does in class. Ms Joy does an amazing job of ensuring that every child is loved and knows they are loved in this school. Not just my kids but many kids, I’ve witnessed they won’t leave without giving her a hug. I’ve even seen a group kids almost tackle her to give her a hug as she was passing through. This was evident on our tour and this is honestly what sold me. From top down, these ladiesLove these kids and it shows. Add on an elementary school. I don’t want my kids to leave."

"Overall it left alot to be desired. A couple of the teachers were great, but the others were not attentive at all. The director seemed to never be there. There was never anyone at the front desk when I arrived or needed to pay, and there was a young woman named Crystal there who was often short and sometimes rude. I paid 268 for 5 days with the flex care fir the ingany room. I would expect for my daughter to be changed."

"From the tour I knew Ms Joy had a true heart for children. That was evident in the first ten minutes of our conversation. To be honest her candor and honesty were refreshing. When we walked through the center, I was shocked at how big it was as from the parking lot it definitely is misleading. I was shown the entire building, I even asked to see the kitchen. I was very impressed with what I saw, teachers were smiling and singing, kids were laughing and playing and Ms Joy took the time to discuss the curriculum. I am thrilled to have my daughter at this facility and I highly recommend it!"

"The school is not awful to each his own I know I’ve had him in a more welcoming loving school & im seeking for a more family oriented school smaller teacher to student ratio . I feel like we’re jist a # in the mix my son doesn’t even know his teachers name I hate to complain but I’m very saddened by our experience with this facility . The multiple injuries bite marks & other kids hurting my son there was never one incident report but he comes home with marks all on him :( Never ever have I experienced a school like this they just can’t keep up with all the kids the ratio is off"

"School is wonderful and while I know there are a lot of children, the school is always full of laughter and smiling faces. And personally, a full center is a healthy center. The entire staff are to be commended on a job well done—a very hard job well done. The management has always been helpful whenever I needed something or had questions about my children’s day they are quick to respond and help put any worries I may have at ease. I am not looking forward to the day my kids are not able to attend any longer."
