"I am a new parent and I have been very pleased with our school. The teachers tell me about my child when I pick her up in the afternoon, so I feel they have looked after her during the day. My child smiles when she sees the teacher and the assistants so I know she is comfortable with them and happy. I know there was a director change for our location and I feel it was very transparent. We received notice when our director left and when a new director was hired, she was introducing herself and greeting parents her first day."

"We initially checked it out on a recommendation of a friend, and were happy that there was no wait list. I thought if nothing else, we could stay there until we got into one of the other waitlist schools. But, after 3 months of my son going there, we are there to stay. My son is happy, loves his teacher, says every day he has fun, has friends, and enjoys the activities and playing outside. I love the flexibility (being able to go a different day if we need to), price, location, ease of dropoff/pickup, schedule (being open close to major holidays) and of course the fact my son loves it. "in general, the experience has been positive. I think there needs to be more involvement between the director and each classroom since there are teachers and caregivers communicating poorly with the parents. There are caregivers that are not delicate enough with the little ones and there are teachers arguing with parents about child's care instructions. Also there is a lack of communication between morning and afternoon caregiver. I found myself repeating instructions multiple times to different teachers in my child's room. This seriously affect the care my child receives. This might be solved with some stability; less mobility of the staff around the rooms."
