We had some issues in the beginning with him biting, hiting, etc but through redirection and talking to him, it seems he's getting a lot better. "Teachers at the school work very hard, they love on these kids every single day. However the property needs to be managed better. The ratios need to be managed better. The teachers in the older classrooms need to be respectful to the children. The teachers again do an incredible job, especially given the environment. The facility needs to be maintained and frankly isn't sanitary. There is literally dirt on the floor that has been there for weeks that anyone with eyes can see. It is frankly disgusting knowing that children are crawling around in it. Also with it being flu season I have seen multiple teachers kiss the kids on the cheek, normally I wouldn't have a problem with this, except flu is rampant right now and this needs to be precaution that is taken by the teachers to not spread germs. I just want to repeat for the 3rd time how much the teachers love on these kids. Their jobs are difficult and us parents appreciate them for the love they afford to our children. Thank you for caring, thank you for taking the time to get to know our children. We are grateful that our littles are loved when we aren't able to love on them and working."

"The Director Ms. Kay is very professional, organized and trustworthy. She and Jennifer keep a team of qualified staff working with my child. And when there has been staff turnover they make every effort to ensure little disruption in her class. The new preschool teachers Ms. Shay and Ms. Arleasha clearly love children and use redirection instead of punishment very well. They keep the classroom moving, while allowing the kids who need a break time to wander than come back to the class. I have noticed a significant improvement in my child's letter tracing, willingness to sit at a desk and learn something new or work on homework, and verbal skills she is telling us more about her day. Overall, excellent job ladies! Oh and even though Ms. Chrissy isn't my child's teacher she is always very welcoming and patient with the kids."

"I don't always get the sense that everything is cleaned nightly. It's hard for me to come in after work and see my baby laying on the floor or in a swing without even a toy in front of him while staff is caring and feeding another child. I like the app updates and find them very helpful. The district manager addressed my concerns right away which was helpful and reassuring."
