"In generally it has been an Okay experiance. There have been a few issues that I have not been okay, but due to lack of other options we have kept our child enrolled. I do have a big issue with the fact that even when the facility is closed for a holiday, we have to pay a full weeks tuition. I feel like if the facility decides to close than parents should not have to pay full week tuition. Also, when closed for days other than holidays I have to take time off work as I have no one to watch my child, and that means I am losing pay at work which makes it hard to pay tuition."

Our son's teacher left and then came back, there has been talk amongst parents of teachers being fired, the school being audited and on probation which is of concern. There's not a lot of shared communication from the school on these matters."

"La Petite is the first daycare my daughter has attended that I feel I can trust. They pay attention to her and genuinely care about the children there. They keep parents informed about their child’s routine via the brightwheel app and also have an app to watch our children on the cameras when we feel we want to check in on them. If I were to move, I feel like I would still drive my daughter to La Petite daily because I feel very secure with her there."
