In the morning they sent me a confirmation for a refund AGAIN so I waited that whole time for NOTHING I only bought ONE ITEM do not waste your time this store is terrible. "

"The quality of the material used is very cheap and the return process is a horrible experience. Had to return a $50 item and was offered $14 for a refund or would have to pay for return shipping. Returning item but the process to return is unprofessional and frustrating. Contacting customer service takes a long time to get a response as they only do it through email and it takes a day or more. Also, they are not quick to give you the information. You actually need to make return. Still waiting to see if I get my full refund! because of return process, I would not order from this company again! And would highly recommend that others do not order if you think you may need to return."
