"Terrible customer service! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
Ordered a 46" LCD on 1st of March and got a confirmation email for the order. On the 2nd I received an email asking to call one of their reps to set up a delivery window. When I did, I was unable to reach the rep they assigned, however when I spoke to another rep they said their computers were down and that they'd have to call me back in 10 mins. An hour later I got a call back, and in the conversation it was revealed that a delivery window was not available since it was a larger-sized item. He said I'd be receiving the TV in 7-10 days, up to 2 weeks from now.

On the 7th, I noticed I had yet to be charged for the order, so I contacted them again. I was told by a rep that they had "oversold" this particular item and that they had been sending out emails today (I never got an email) stating that these would be on back order for at least a week.

It's upsetting that a reseller waits a week to inform you that they no longer have the stock needed to fulfill an order. Terrible customer service! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

"I ordered 63" Samsung Plasma 3d Tv on 2/17/11. After 8 days I finally got a hold of someone only to tell me that the TV is discountinued and that they do not have any. No one contacted me to tell me this after 8 days! Beware!"

"I will admit, i am very hesitant to purchase big ticket electronic items on line. clothing? sure. Even cars. But a 63" Plasma TV? red flags wave- will it be as represented? will it come in one piece? will there be anybody to answer to me i f there is a problem?

Given, hhowever, that the TV i purchased was listed at $800 LESS than the BestBuy sale price- i took a chance. I am glad i did. The TV arrived quickly and in beautiful condition. The customer service (thank you, Justin) was outstanding- tracking the TV directly to my doorstep and even putting me in touch with the driver days in advance. I am very, very pleased and would absolutely use LCD TVs again.

"I just recently purchased a 55" Samsung UN55C7000 from LCDTVS.com . After reviewing comments on website I was having second thoughts, but order went great. They did try to call me the next day to confirm my order and sell me extra shipping along with a extended warranty. Which I declined both. The salesman was not pushy after hearing no, which was a nice change. Order did take 11 days to get to me, but the salesman did mention 10 to 11 days with the shipping I was getting. It was their free shipping. Was not a big deal to me because I was in no hurry. Tv arrived at my house VIA Manna delivery service. Crew brought TV into my house and let me inspect it before signing. There was no defects with the TV and I am very happy with purchase. Saved 700$ compared to Best Buy price. I would recommened this company as long as you dont mind waiting on shipment."

"I had a very pleasant experience with LCDTVs.com. I spoke with Justin (ext.214) over the phone prior to placing my order to alleviate concerns that festered after a very distasteful ordering experience i had with Abes of Maine, after which I was forced to withdraw my order. Justin was very professional and very informative. He's obviously knowledgeable and was very helpful in suggesting items to go with my TV but was not pushy. It was a much more enjoyable experience than Abesofmaine. I will definitely shop with LCDTVs.com again. I only wish i would have shopped here earlier and not have wasted my time and patience elsewhere. "

"LCDTVs.com is the best place to get your new TV. The prices are unbeatable and the customer service was fantastic. I purchased a 58'' Samsung Plasma 3D TV on Thanksgiving. On Black Friday, a customer service representative called to confirm my purchase and discuss a safer shipping option. "There is no way to reach this company! It appears to be a ButterflyPhoto company. They supply two email addresses, neither of which work. Calling the 800 number gets you a machine from which you are disconnected repeatedly after each of several tries. The confirmation of purchase only included the amount charged, not what was purchased. A couple of days later I received a proper confirmation.

I finally reached a person who sounded nice and who assured me that the item was shipped. I told her about the email problem and she told me that she was sending me an email confirming that she spoke to the IT department. I received the email.

It is possible that the problems are web related and not something I need to be concerned about. I will follow up with the results.

"LCDTVs is an excellent online reseller. I just purchased a top-of-the-line Samsung 3D plasma from them last Monday and STILL received it Friday after Jack, a truly professional and gracious salesperson, was able to stop my initial order from going out and replace it with this one. It didn't delay my shipment, and Jack even threw in a pair of 3D glasses for me! "I just wanted to thank Lewis at LCDTVS.com for his outstanding customer service ! I had been looking for a recently discontinued model of Sony TV, the KDL-32XBR6 and after much searching I finally found one at LCDTVS.com. Lewis made sure that I understood it was an "open box" unit, including original factory warranty, but to ease any concerns I might have, he gave me a 3 year extended warranty at no additonal cost. He was great to deal with and kept me informed on the transaction all the way through. The TV was doubled boxed with extra bubble pack for shipping.
I am very satisfied with my experience LCDTVS.com and the way Lewis handled my order. Thank You !

"Got a great price on the 48" Panasonic Plasma U85, but it was not in stock. Rather than turning away business, LCD TV's replaced it with the UO85, a five hundred dollar upgrade at no additional cost! All equipment arrived on time and in perfect condition. The plasma TV is a joy to behold, very easy setup and great picture. I also ordered the extended three year warrenty just to be safe. Service is provided in the home so there is no dismantling and shipping/hauling to a repair shop.
All in all, a great experience and I got a $2,699 retail TV for $1,245 plus extended warranty of $210.

"I am very pleased with my resent purchase of a Sony 46" Bravia XBR6 LCD TV and the LCDTV web site. It was easy to navigate and find just what I wanted. The price was the best I found. The customer service I received after the sale was nothing short of great. The people I talked to on the phone were very helpful in setting up my delivery and getting the extended warrenty on my purchase. "I just ordered a Samsung LCD HDTV from LCDTVS.com. The company is clearly hungry for business and aims to please. They replied to the online order immediately and a salesperson (Steve Clendenny) followed up soon afterward to verify my preferences for shipping, installation and extended warranty support (i.e., to push me to spend more for faster shipping or to spend more to buy an extended warrantee). He was friendly and very accommodating. When I said no to all extra fees, he came back to ask me to write this review in "exchange" for faster shipping that weekend. Well, the faster shipping didn't happen until a few days later, but still worked reasonably well and was well within the guidelines for what I paid for. And, the set was clearly new (in original packing materials) and works. So, all in all, given that I have a reasonable tolerance for a somewhat pushy salesperson, this all worked out quite well."
