"I was looking for flannel shirts to wear as a cover for my ccw. I found LA Police Gear with great prices and some nice looking products. I ordered several flannel shirts in my standard size. They were very inexpensive and arrived quickly. I washed them and quickly found they were NOT made from pre shrunk cotton. What would have be outer cover shirts are now regular everyday shirts. Because of the low price I ordered more flannel shirts one size larger than I normally wear. I now had some outstanding cover shirts. "

"I'm torn between LAPG having great products and their return process being atrocious. I ordered 2 items from LAPG and a 3rd pf the exact same item from another source, all on 11/26/2022. When the single item came and I tried it on, it didn't fit, so I returned it to order a different size. When the package that came directly from LAPG arrived the next day, 12/06/2022, I didn't even open the package, knowing that the items would not fit. I submitted my return request to LAPG and received a shipping label almost immediately. I simply put the provided label over the original and dropped off the package to USPS myself. In the next days I received my refund from the other source, ordered 2 items in my size, received the items, tried them on, washed them, and have even worn them. In the meantime, three weeks later, I am still waiting for my refund from LAPG. The unopened package arrived at their location over a week ago, according to the tracking information provided by LAPG. I had contacted LAPG customer service on 12/19/2022 and was assured that the refund would be expedited once the package was received, which just happened to be the same day LAPG received the package. The conversation with customer service had actually taken place AFTER the returned package was received by LAPG, on 12/19/2022, according to the time stamp included in the tracking information provided by LAPG. I am writing this review on 12/28/2022 and still have not received my refund. As I said in the beginning, the items that I have recieved from a different source are excellent quality. I have ordered from LAPG in the past and they are the same. All I can say is be sure what you order will fit, because if you have to exchange what you ordered, it takes quite some time for a refund to be processed. Even the exchange process requires the original order to go through the refund process, while placing a new order for the items in your size."
