" I ordered a few things, including a pistol light I needed within 3 weeks. After 2 weeks of useless terms when I checked the order's status, I called and cancelled the order. I made it clear why. I was told that for unknown reasons the order had not transferred to the shipping dept. A couple days later I got an email notification saying the order had shipped. I assumed this was another mistake.
A few days later, the order was delivered. The pistol light and another item did not fit as advertised, so I initiated Return procedures. The automated system said I would be charged a re-stocking fee, so I called and confirmed I would NOT be paying anything to return an order I had cancelled. I was told the fee would be waived, and I received a shipping label.
