"I will never order anything from these folks again. I ordered a Seagate HD and upon installation, found major errors. When I requested an RMA, they promised to send it but never happened. I received one when I threated to send it back regardless and dispute the charges. Upon return, they never credited my card and avoided my calls. You will never get through to their Acct group. Luckily I purchsed using AE, kept all email records, FedEX receipts, etc. and was able to get a full credit. In my opinion, these people are thieves.

"I bought a refurbished printer from LACC. From the moment it arrived it gave constant paper jams. I called them, to their protocol, I emailed them for an RMA to return the printer. I call again 1 week later because they never responded to my request for an RMA. They finally sent one. They refuse to send a call tag to pick up the broken printer, meaning I must pay freight back to them. They want a 25% restocking fee if you don't buy another broken machine from them. This company does not stand by the products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM."

"The price was great, and the item was shipped promptly, but they sent me an item that was completely different from what was advertised. Trying to arrange a return has been a major problem. Their customer service line says that all return authorizations must be done by email, but emailing them gets no response after 3 days. Called them again; they said send the email again. Waited another day; called back; they hand me over to the sales department; they say their email server is down. I will not buy from LACC again."
