"Be very wary about doing business with this company. I placed an order with them back in December for a couple of routers for my business. One of those routers shipped in a week and the other one did not ship yet. Even though it did not ship they charged my credit card when the order was placed. THAT IS FRAUD. Secondly, once I received the first order it was DOA. They did not issue a pickup for two weeks so I went ahead and shipped back to them. Now instead of taking responsibility for their product they are indicating I did not follow their RMA process. Which I would like to point out they didn't follow by not contacting me for over two weeks after I contacted them. There prices are great but it's not worth it if they don't ship the product or ship a broken product. I had to go to Newegg to get the products I needed to run my business. Apparently they live in a world where time doesn't matter and the customer is always wrong.

I wish I had looked at this, there BBB rating is an F.

"BAD BAD BAD customer service.. whatever you think you're going to save by purchasing anything from them will be paid doubly in time consumed trying to get an honest answer out of them while waiting and waiting for your order to arrive.. Worst online vendor experience i've had in my ten years of IT work. do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. 1/23 Update.. Printer arrived.. not the one that i ordered.. on the 20th i was told it had not shipped yet..i had ordered on the 14th and it showed as in stock at the time..was told it would ship 3 day saver.. it came fed ex ground and was shipped on the 16th. NO paperwork of any kind with it. bad and getting worse.. "

"BUYER BEWARE. I ordered a printer from this company and it came damaged (from the company, not by fedex). I got the runaround when trying to return the item, but finally did through fedex. I did a chargeback (thankfully) which the credit card company ruled in my favor. A month later, they sent me a replacement printer even though I asked for a refund several times. Now, they are giving me the run around when I ask about returning it to them since I charged back. Stay clear from this disaster of a company.

How to return an item from LACC
1. Email (can't call) customer service and tell them you want to return the item.
2. Call your credit card company and post a charge back
3. Send the item back.

"Ordered two refurb HP 4200dtn printers. One seems okay but the maintenance kit only has 9% left. The second came with the casing cracked and trays do not open properly. Getting an RMA has taken 3 weeks and I'm still trying to get a replacement a month after the purchase. Customer service is lousy and it is difficult to speak to the same employee twice (only works two days a week, etc.) So far spoke to Rhina, Grace, June and Aaron. I strongly advise against doing business with this company.

Additionally, I purchased a warranty for the one machine kept and was told I would receive the documentation in the mail within 90 days after the in-house warranty expired. Nothing arrived and when I called to see about it, I was told that they forgot to submit the paperwork and I should call back in another 30 days.

"I purchase over $25K in electronic consumer good annually for a small company. I occasionally try other vendors beyond my tried and true. This experiment was a failure. We purchased a $260 laser printer maintenance kit. The most valuable piece of which is a replacement fuser. The fuser arrived crushed, packaged in a box that was not crushed. Unfortunately I waited over a month to completely open the package to install it, so they refused to replace it via a phone call. They clearly buy from suspect sources and are unwilling to provide even basic customer service. They told me I could file a complaint in paper, which I did over 8 months ago complete with photos, with absolutely no response. (I CC'd it by email w/o the photos). LACC is on my bad vendor list. "

"I purchased 2 HP JetDirect cards (the model I needed were discontinued by HP) for my plotter. LACC had the best online price. All were delivered to me NEW in box in about 4 days. I did NOT purchase express shipping either. I'd purchase from these guys again."

"I ordered 2 new hard drives, total $380 with free shipping. When they arrived, I discovered 2 hard drives sitting in unmarked clear plastic clamshells, which were not sealed and the hard drives were not in any sealed bag of any sort. They also had some scratches on them. The 2 clamshells were packed in blue foam with squares cut out to fit the hd's in. There was NO original manufacturer's packaging or paperwork. These were obviously not new. They could be used, or they could be open box, but they were not new. I emailed LACC and got an RMA. I followed directions exactly and sent them back. 2 weeks later, no word from them and no credit on my card. I knew from tracking that they had arrived. Long story short, I called probably 10 times over the next month, each time being assured my refund was going to be posted immediately, always some lame excuse. Finally credit appeared--for $295. Where was the other $95? I called and was told I was charged a 25% restocking fee! The nerve! They sent me items that were not as ordered, and charge me for restocking? Next I spent a couple weeks dealing with a manager. She told me the warehouse had opened them "to test them". Huh?? At this point she admitted that I was correct, the items were not new since they were not in the box, but still REFUSED to refund the remaining $95. At this point I filed a dispute with AMEX. Today, February 19, I finally got my $95 credit on my card.

I will never again deal with these crooks. Beware.

BTW, their name is unfortunately similar to LA Computer Company, which is a great seller.

"I ordered a HP ethernet card. It arrived in a couple of days, but did not work. I called their customer service as noted in their instructions and was told to send an e-mail, which I did, and did again, and then again a third time. Finally, after about a week, I received an e-mail asking about what the problem was and with troubleshooting info. I followed their instructions and then got back to them that it still didn't work. They provided a return authorization and sent out a replacement, which has worked just wonderfully."

"Ordered HP Color Laserjet, Box came pretty battered and obviously re-sealed (Software was missing), Front panel was broken and didn't close so printer will not work, contacted LACC by phone and email. Was told I had to pay a 25% restock fee to send it back. Disputing Credit Card with Amex and warning people DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE... THEY ARE RIPOFF ARTISTS."

"They shipped out my parts quickly. When i realized that they only stocked the wrong revision for my needs is when the problems started. I shipped my parts back to them UPS 2 day air on the 29th of aug. As of the 19th of sept, i still do not have any kind of refund. avoid at all costs"

"Purchased Lexmark printer. It was DOA on arrival. Shipped back and received printer that worked for 1 month. Called them and they agreed to refund money but not until they received printer. Sent printer back, got signature from shipper and 8 months later have no printer and am out the 800 or so dollars. Have contact with girl name Rhina Rosello (****@**** aim user rhina ctics) but she just gives me the run around of somebody will be in touch. Have all emails from them, just no money or printer. Do not use LA Computer Center under any circumstances unless you do not mind throwing away your money."
