"It took a day to receive my BF3 key (it was Sunday, who works on a Sunday =]) but the email with the key was waiting for me the next morning. This was the Russian version but Kumbaso provided very easy instructions and links to change the language. The extra 20 minutes to download and install (if that) the language packs was well worth saving the $30. Although a quick search told me other websites offer the Russian version for similar prices. But I still recommend Kumbaso. "

"Ordered late on a Saturday and received my codes first thing Monday morning. Not quite their 24 hrs posted turn around, but it was a sunday so still a very good response time."

"Horrible customer service. False advertisement and lies in emails. States on site that code will be delivered within 24 hours, and got an email stating the same thing. After 24 hours passed, I emailed and got a very frigid response, saying it wouldn't be until Monday (2 days later) that I would get my key. I replied and said that is not what I was promised, and had I known I would have spent the extra $15 at the store to get it. He replies offering me either a bigger discount or a free game for my troubles, only to tell me after I ask about the free game that I must get 5 people to buy BF3 first to get a free game. Add to that, the entire game is in Russian, and his language swap did not work at all. Very crude in response to all of my emails, very unsatisfied..."

"Had some initial hesitance to this unfamiliar seller but they proved to be, not only totally legitimate, but maybe even better/faster than many other larger retailers that I've dealt with in the past.

I ordered Battlefield 3 for less than half of what I would pay for it at stores in my area and received my CDkey and download information 20 minutes later. It's been not more than two hours since I placed my order and I'm playing Battlefield 3 online with no problems (besides dealing with Origins but I can't fault Kumbaso on that one.)
