"Everything turned out fine, I'm very pleased that I was able to get the game cheaper, and the instructions for making the game English were very good. However the return time from me purchasing it to them sending me the code to download the game was a bit slow considering it's all an automated process. I really expected it to happen within 5 minutes but it took a day for them to send me the product key, then another 5 hours to download the game off Origin. And the only other thing was one of the English packs that you have to download to make the game English took 8 hours. Not sure why it took that long for just a key, but it was more than the stated "48 hours max". After that, My bank flagged my card to make sure no one was making fraudulent charges, and charged me an additional fee because of the way Kumbaso retrieved their payment from my bank (one of the biggest banks in the US).

"The product key combination with patches did not work as advertised. When I e-mailed customer service with the issue, I was basically told, "Well, you bought it for very cheap. What do you expect? No, you will not get your money back and no I do not know how to fix your problem. Thank you." I called Origin with the issue who said this guy has scammed other customers before. My issue was (1) Not everything advertised is translated back to English, (2) You will not be able to import past character created in ME2, (3) There are probably more, but I did not play the game further when I found all these issues.
