Called and finally spoke to a human asking for refund and was told to ship back 3/4 built chair in original box (which was destroyed). No refund until they get their partial chair back! WTF? Decided to get another color and informed them of this and 2 weeks later still no message. They owe us $99 and their company blows! Do NOT ORDER FROM THESE SHYSTERS!"

Then I tried giving my credit card information over the phone, but their person at the other end of the phone misspelt my name. So once again the charge never went through. "The ordering was great, the product is just what I expected. The only problem is that one of the pieces broke after I assembled it and there's virtually no way to fix it other than getting a new part or creating your own barrier.
Additionally, one of the packages arrived without a joiner piece and so I've had to screw-in a board to connect two adjacent edges. Luckily it was a "long-side" joiner so I could somewhat easily connect them myself. I would love to have a replacement piece, though, as each piece is key to the sturdiness of the garden bed. The metal support brackets were a surprise and are really helpful. Overall it's a great product and I like that it's recycled material and weather-tolerant. "
