"Ordered some fans, and some other minor stuff due to a sale that Koolertek had for a couple of weeks. Also, a coupon code ("overclock" - expired) was provided for the members of Overclock.net from a rep of Koolertek. Koolertek has lots of minor items that most sites/stores don't carry which I really needed. Also, the pricing for many of their stock is pretty good too.
The shipping prices isn't great if one orders a few items (small, light items), but the combine shipping of ordering "lots" of items is pretty good; one of the best I have seen.
There aren't a lot of items, but the rep I have spoken to, welcomes continuous feedbacks on what people want; knowing that Koolertek needs to stock up on "more" stuff that enthusiasts wants.
The packaging of my items was good, but I personally think it was a bit "overkill" especially for items that aren't that fragile. I mean, there was just a load of packaging peanuts and it took a while to dig some stuff out.
This is my first time doing business with Koolertek and the experience has been positive. I look forward in making future purchases at Koolertek. "

The reason why I purchased from this company, was that they had the fans and the CPU coolers than I need at a very fair price...
Of course, I shopped the competitors, but either they did not have my fans (New Egg) or the CPU Cooler or where priced to high...
Very reasonable shipping prices, which came to 13.5% of the total order...Two fans and two CPU coolers with shipping under $12.oo...Many other etailers are at 20% of order for shipping.
It was not necessary, however, the processing and shipping time was three days...

UPDATE: 2.27.10 I had an installation issue with the fan onto the heatsink...I contacted KoolerTek and received several emails advising on how the mod could be done. Thanks to Mr Clay and his staff, I was able to jury rig the fan onto the cooler as would have been done with a normal fan. The fan I purchased, had rubber mounts on each of the corners, so modding was needed to use them...

"Good site layout and easy checkout. Very competitive prices compared to other online e-tailers. Also, their customer support extremely helpful. I had a few questions regarding the status of my order and they were able to help me out within minutes.
The only thing I wish they had more of is a larger selection of water cooling supplies. I'm sure once they become more "mainstream" that they'll get more variety.
I also wish they could use FedEx as another carrier since UPS doesn't do a good job handling and delivering their packages to my door.
